Très bel hôtel chambre très spacieuse, salle de bains chic ”Soirée au campement ” grand feu devant l’hôtel avec des marshmallows biscuits et chocolats à disposition avec des baguettes c’était magnifique ! Bon moment pour faire connaissance avec les autres occupants de l’hôtel.

Nous avons dû aller faire le check-out dans l’hôtel d’a côté où une jeune femme qui était la réceptionniste était aigrie ne prenait pas le temps de nous expliquer que l’hôtel prenait une caution pendant le séjour et qu’ils allaient nous la retourner une fois le check-out fait, hautain, pas souriante elle donne pas envie de revenir. Dans la description ils disent qu’il y a un magnifique spa dans l’hôtel, avec des photos du Nordic Spa (qui se trouve à côté) mais ATTENTION !! Ce Nordic spa n’est pas compris dans le prix de la chambre de l’hôtel c’est totalement autre chose… publicité trompeuse… dommage !! pour y aller il faut réserver en avance et payer (assez cher) Ceci dit il y a quand même une jolie piscine chauffée et des toboggans pour les enfants où nous avons bien pu décompresser et rire un moment.

Location and resort area is excellent!

Crosswater is clearly a big step down from the main resort. Mattresses were terrible and portable AC unit was very loud.

Location, restaurant options, room layout, waterslides.

Felt like there was skeleton staff with coffee cups in the hallways that didn't move our entire stay, the bathrobes in our room looked used, the cot we reserved wasn't there upon check in, no shampoos or lotions in one of the bathrooms, and the washrooms as the pool were really dirty. The room could also have used a toaster along with some basic kitchen utensils and plates/bowls. For the price paid, I expected the small things to be taken care of.

The location is ideal, and the only reason I stay there. If there was any other option though...

The room was dirty. Thick layers of dust on bedside clock radio and lights. No breakfast available at our daily time of departure. And certainly none was included, which would be a great idea to increase the value for $ for the place. The heater didn't work properly. It had been left on, leaving the room at sauna temperature. But the only other setting was off, which meant that overnight the room cooled down too far. Conversation with the staff promised a repair, but the only thing they did was turn it off. The fitted sheets on the beds are too small, so tended to pop off during the night. The only improvement from a year prior was that at least the kettle didn't have all sorts of twigs and leaves in it.

very friendly staff, very convenient location and great pool area

A very nice place and staff is friendly, she told me how to go to the swimming pool inside of the building in the cold weather. we will come again.
