The location is great. I loved the afternoon tea and dinner in particular. It was beyond my expectation. Staff were very polite, friendly and helpful.

I didn't like the breakfast as there was limited variety. Too much of local dishes / choices that I could not eat, sorry

If you do not stay at this hotel in KL, you are incomplete.

Above expectations! Photos do not do justice. You need to experience this hotel to really understand the value. It’s a must experience once in your life! Everything was exceptional from food to service to comfort. Travelled many hotels in the world, this is now 1st on my list.

싱가폴슬링 맛집인걸로.

청결하고 서비스가 훌륭했어요. 위치도 더할 나위 없고요. 파빌리온에서 가깝고 도보로 다니기도 편했어요. 특히 1 층의 바에 가셔서 꼭 싱가폴 슬링 한 잔 드시길! 완전 강추합니다.

인보이스를 발행해달라니 부킹닷컴에서 받으라는데, 부킹닷컴은 호텔에서 받으라네요. 다른 곳에서는 다 호텔에서 줬는데 이유가 뭔지 모르겠네요.

Erholung Mitten in der Stadt

Schönes Interior und das zuvorkommende Personal. Sehr gut ausgestattete Mini-Bar. Es gibt sogar Weingläser im Zimmer. Der Pool hat bis um 9 Uhr geöffnet und lässt sich dadurch auch noch einem Langen Erkundungstag nutzen.

Мы приехали и нас сразу заселили в номер, Сейчас во многих отелях Куала-Лумпура всё включается и выключается, сдвигаются и раздвигаются шторы, всё по щелчку пальцев. Я думаю, что писать об этом в плюс Румы не буду. Когда мы останавливались в этом отеле 4 года назад, это, наверное, было и круто. Сейчас Рума стала самым обычным отелем...

Мы не первый раз отдыхаем в Малайзии, останавливались и в более дорогих отеля. И знаем, что нужно оставлять залог, который при выселении возвращается. В этом же отеле, если нет местной валюты при себе, то залог берут в долларах или евро и сами же делают обмен на местные деньги с драконовским невыгодным для тебя курсом! Во всех других отелях залог берут в долларах или евро, запечатывают в конверт и потом при выселении возвращают твои же купюры, что очень удобно и правильно! Не понравился бассейн! Бар и бассейн находятся рядом на одном этаже! Стоят гости с вином или коктейлем в праздничном наряде у кромки бассейна, а рядом мы плаваем в купальнике, и они, попивая свой алкоголь, смотрят и рассматривают нас, в чем мы плаваем и как! Неужели нельзя отделить какой-нибудь ширмой зону бара и бассейна? А если в баре намечается вечеринка, то бассейн закрыт совсем! Для себя решили, что больше не остановимся в этом отеле.

Beautiful but very busy hotel, well located, next to the Pavillon Mall and the Petronas Towers.

The hotel itself is beautifully decorated. The staff was helpful and the room was comfortable for one night. We appreciated the fact that it was close to the Pavillon Mall and the Petronas Towers. The view from the mezzanine level is beautiful. Breakfast was okay, just very very crowded.

The hotel is a victim of its success to say it nicely. Our room was poorly cleaned, probably because it was welcoming another guest just a few hours prior. We could feel that the hotel was running at its fullest capacity, almost bursting at the seams... It just felt very busy.

Perfect for my babies & family.

The room cleaner staff was very very kind and provide really damn good service. Name was Azi.

Not much variety food for breakfast. Aside, I did not get cake as promised for my kids birthday. Just room deco ya.

I loved my stay at the Ruma Hotel and can't to come back to KL and stay here again

The location was central, within a short distance from the Pavilion, KLCC Park, and the Petronas Twin Towers. The room was beautifully designed and comfortable, so much so I did not want to leave. Breakfast was terrific, with many options. RUMA staff at the front desk, breakfast, and the hotel entrance were friendly, helpful, and professional. This was my favorite hotel out of three during my trip through KL and Singapore.

Excellent hotel

The best hotel i stayed in Kuala Lumpur. Very nice and comfortable rooms, stylish interior, very clean. The staff is very kind and polite, really professional. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when i visit KL.

Malaysian hospitality

The design is an ode to Malaysia, lovely to see! We also appreciated the size of the rooms, the breakfast was amazing - both in taste and variety, the pool deck and bar.

Given the location, be well advised that the view won't be the absolute best, yet I would choose The Ruma again anytime

Lovely and welcoming.

The pool bar at level 6. Is a great place to hang around.

Atas. My friend and I was had a heavy lunch and tend to have a small munch. The waiter out of concern keep asking frequently if we need a main? We ordered 4 dishes of small plate end up one missing. The night is not busy, we expected a minimal service like topping up water or concerned bout the food. In fact, after concerning three four times of the mains, we are well ignored for the entire night with a slow business but overman power restaurant.

Truly 5* service

Impeccable service from the time I arrived at the hotel. Made a request to have early check in if possible and was very happy to hear my room was ready upon checking in as I was super tired from a very early morning flight.

Nothing to dislike. Except from noise coming from the corridor by other guests who were talking very loudly.
