The location is good it’s easy to get to from centraal, and the staff were pleasant for the small interaction we had. The best part about the room was the nice hot shower.

Where to start.. it’s just bad planning that half the hotel requires 2 separate elevators to get to the room. The room was mostly ok except for a couple of gross looking spots, like in the toilet and the questionable hair on the bed. The temperature control system was confusing, leading to arctic or Saharan temperatures throughout the night. And the air conditioner would make a loud pop every few minutes. The television was not easy to use; it seemed the YouTube option would lag out and eventually stop, and then the controller stopped working, probably because it looked like it teleported from the early 2000s. The bathroom mostly looked good but there was very little space to keep toiletries so it quickly became cramped. Also no provided hairbrush/comb and toothpaste was not what I’d expect from a 4 star hotel. The shower was a pleasant escape when it was cold, but it was clearly a DIY job and didn’t really feel like a professionally built shower cubical. The rest of the hotel felt like several buildings jumbled together (because it basically is) and getting to and from the room was a pain. The public restroom near the breakfast room was covered in vomit and then the one in the lobby was out of order, not a good way to start the morning. Then there’s the bed itself; my partner did not complain about this issue so it seemed unique to my side, but I felt the bed angle downwards to the edge of the bed so all night it felt like I was slipping out of the bed. All in all, I’m glad we only stayed 2 nights else we’d have had to find a new place to stay. Honestly, it didn’t feel like a hotel, but more like a fancy private hostel room. At least the building we stayed in was quite clearly converted to ‘hotel’ rooms from something else. I just expected more from a ‘4 star hotel’ and it kinda ruined our weekend experience.

Very clean comfortable hotel in a great location. Staff friendly and very helpful.

The breakfast room as freezing, the bar was shut, the vending machine didn’t work and my room heating wouldn’t work so my room was really cold!

We stayed in the spa room with jacuzzi, it was just amazing. We only stayed one night and we wish we stayed longer for this hotel it was so comfortable. Staff were so helpful too.

Great location. Large bed and spacious shower.

Heater took a long time to warm up. Came in January when the weather was around 0° so it was freezing in the room most of the time. TV was meant to be smart but very slow so could not watch properly.

Location was good. Yet we'd picked it due to location. We also picked room rate to include breakfast ~ BUT!

Breakfast was very poor! Very limited! We wanted a cooked hot breakfast ~ they could not get their act together and provide this! Plates are cold and all items are never ready at the same time! Main problem was the extractor fan running in the bathroom ALL night! It was very noisy and the lights were on some sort of timer in the bathroom and went out very 2/3 minutes which left you, stranded, dangerously in the shower and you had to come partially out, wave your arms around to reactivate it, spreading water all over the floor, in the process. Wholly unsafe and unsatisfactory, but speaking to other people, this appeared to be the norm!! We reported to Reception, they said, it doesn't appear to be right, we'll send in someone to rectify!! This never happened and they must have known prior that this was a common fault! Their dishonesty is not appreciated. Their lack of concern is also appalling! This is a big shame as the hotel location and hotel itself was good! But for the elderly, this is an absolute no go!! Management, get this sorted!!

Anzitutto quasi tutto lo Staff, che era quasi sempre POCO DISPONIBILE ad ogni richiesta (tranne Ian, Karlo e Mossaf, loro erano più disponibili). Inoltre, nonostante la nostra permanenza presso di loro per quasi 30 giorni (..!!!), ci hanno fatto cambiare stanza ogni 4-5 giorni, quindi senza quasi mai venirci incontro nelle nostre richieste di non dover cambiare camera!! Ed in più, ci chiedevano i pagamenti (con molta fretta e sollecitudine..!!) prima dei nuovi posticipi, quasi come se avessero paura che scappassimo dalla finestra di notte (finestre, peraltro, che si potevano aprire solo a vasistas, anche nelle Suite e nelle Junior Suite…. NO COMMENT..!!!). Infine, l’ultimo giorno di permanenza presso di loro, nonostante avessimo chiesto il Late Check-Out (a pagamento..), praticamente ci hanno cacciato fuori dalla nostra camera, sebbene gli avessimo spiegato che io non stavo bene di stomaco e mi serviva cortesemente ancora del tempo (e considerate che la stanza in questione, come da me verificato sul loro sito web, era libera per la notte, quindi non avevamo fretta di liberarla… 🥲). Devo dire che NON HO MAI AVUTO un’esperienza così brutta in nessun Hotel visitato in tutta la mia vita. Lo SCONSIGLIO A TUTTI, con tutto il cuore.

Modern hotel in the heart of Amsterdam. The room was a good size for Amsterdam. Plenty of room.

Wish it was less pricy.

This is the second time I've stayed at Inntel hotels. They have a good staff, the facilities on modern, and comfortable. The rooms are big, with everything you need. I really enjoy that the location is Central to Amsterdam.

Camera

A fost f greu sa îmi pot parca masina. A trebuit sa umble în aplicații și au spus ca nu sunt bune cardurile. A venit femeia sa facă curat în camera și a umblat la clima și a stat toată noaptea pe 16 grade, f frig. Afara de dl Andre care era de serviciu în acea noapte și a încercat sa îmi schimbe camera ,era in jur de ora 24,dar a fost refuzat ce către colegi pe motivul ca nu are alta camera libera.Poate dacă aveam alta naționalitate era altceva, cu toate ca plata hotelului era la fel ptr toată lumea.

Hotel adorável, muito bem localizado, com ponto de tram a poucos metros e inúmeros locais para comer nas proximidades. Funcionários cordiais, ótimo café da manhã. Nota 10, recomendo!

The location was good within easy walking access to the local tourist attractions and restaurants. Our room was a good size with a ensuite shower room.

The room ensuite had a frosted glass door and automatic light. When using the ensuite in the night the light bleeds into the bedroom until the timer times out - annoying. No paper hankerchiefs or facecloth.

Thought us was conviently located. Easy to get around.

Convenient location, clean and comfortable

Whilst the location is very convenient it is also very touristy. Luckily you only have to walk 5 minutes to get away from most of them

The amenities in the room didn’t match the price.

Localization was great and staff were always welcoming and available to support people. This offers a good rapport price-quality. You get what you pay for and I wouldn't want to pay for anything more than that since I was there for the city and not for the hotel.

The room could've been cleaner. There was a bit of dust on the floor. But mainly, the bathroom easily gets all wet and the lights only turn on based on the motion sensor, which means that you get in the dark multiple times when showering.

Nice hotel in the center of Amsterdam. The location is excelent, close to central train station and a lot of restaurants. The room size is good and the bed is comfortable. The continental breakfast was ok.

The room could use some heating, even if theoretically it was summer, the maximum temperature outside was around 17 degrees Celsius during daytime. There was an air conditioning device in the room but it only produced cold air no matter the temperature I set.
