It was okay, I wouldn’t stay here again.

The little welcome pack left for our daughter with activities for her to do.

Their menu for breakfast favours pork eaters more than non pork eaters. The fact that cupaccino is an extra not covered in the included breakfast. The amenities in the room exclude a shower cap and the only tea offered is five roses Ceylon tea, any other flavour is an additional charge( most hotels give 3 different options of tea in the room). Their room service menu is limited. The air-con in the room was noisy and made a strange rattling sound.

My stay was lovely, the staff assisted me with everything I needed.

The property is clean, comfortable and the staff is so friendly. The added bonus is that it’s right next to the beach

The conference center is right next to the rooms, there was a political meeting taking place and there was singing and shouting early on the morning.

The view from the room was nice. The cleanliness was good. The porters were friendly and welcoming.

1. Having same breakfast for my 6 nights stay 2. Wifi issue while working 3. Basic needs were not able to be accommodated even if this was a 4 star hotel

Bad Weekend Stay

The staff approach at check-in Taking my money and not being able to give back in cash Had to spend a whole weekend trapped because I had no money The bathroom door could not close The room was immaculate condition The wires in one room as we booked two were hanging out of the phone. The staff was not very helpful on most instances

Amazing view, beautiful location and very close to the city center!

The ocean view is amazing. It was a pitty that we couldnt swim there (polluted). But the hotel is very nice!

Gorgeous view, comfortable room, easy access to everything.

Gorgeous views, nice swimming pool, friendly staff, spacious and comfortable rooms. Close to the city, but at the same time far enough from all the hustle and bustle. Nice breakfasts, good restaurant. We liked everything.

Housekeeping is really bad…you have to constantly remind them of the most basic things…we stayed there for 5 nights…and I had to remind them to refresh the bedding…to change(bring fresh towels)the towels…to bring tissue and water to the room…other than that the property is really nice…

Comfortable but overpriced.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable

Overpriced for the size of the room. Maintenance had to be called twice in our 3 night stay. Though they arrived quickly, and sorted the issues out (toilet and bath related), it was just annoying that they had to be called. The beach is very close by, but not one we wanted to spend any time at (dirty looking water, a few unsavoury characters). Generally it didn’t feel like good value for money given other places we stated on the same trip.
