Pleasant

Once upon a time a " perl" today the rooms look poorly renovated. Lounge is somehow still inviting...

Mismanagement re "pet friendly " , as it was written in booking.com - but hotel said "no". finally I could stay with my small dogs.

Limassol day off

Room was nice. Air Condition is not new so in hot days is really hard to survive, but it was not so bad. There should be fridge in every room. We had only two large towels, so there should be two more for face and bathmat for sure. But other stuff was fine. It was comfortable room.

Facilities in the room, maybe only one shower gel, fridge as is really hot so whatever you buy, is not possible to stay cold for longer time.

Cheap and not that bad

The location was great, there was some parking space, the people seemed friendly. I did not go to the breakfast.

Since broken things here and there (the main bedroom mirror, the showerhead), however there were no deal breakers.

Disappointing

Location

There was no refrigerator, kettle and cups, plates in the room, no shower gel, no shampoo in the bathroom. We found a live cockroach in the napkin holder in the dining room, breakfast was quite simple, without a choice of dishes. The hotel is pretty old.

Convenient location Receptionist extremely helpful. Room: Nice large room and comfy bed. Breakfast: Offered cereal and toast, hot water for tea/ coffee. Then, unasked, an excellent omelette arrived with meat and salad garnish.

There was a rhythmic knocking noise all night which disturbed sleep. Toilet pedestal not fixed to floor! Aircon didn't work No plug in bath Chef at breakfast was wearing dirty tracksuit bottoms and t shirt. Swimming pool not in use.

The reason I made this booking is because I wanted to write a review about this unhealthy dangerous hotel. We went there without booking through this site last Monday. The room was full of insects in bed,sheets,towels,floor walking big brown bucks even entered my bag and our food. They bite us so much we went to doctor. The sheets had blood and also stains of sperm. This is a very dangerous unhealthy hotel. I reported it also to the MInistry of Tourism and they said they will go and spray! When we said it to the reception the man was so old couldn't walk didn't know how to write and he said he couldn't hear me! His wife closed the phone to me when I called after we left to complain to her 16 times. When she answered and I told her everything she said: eh why are you telling me?! Big disgrace for tourism and very dangerous for health. We paid 50 euros for this damaged room without breakfast and we are both still on medication from the allergy of the bites. The pillows were full of bucks also. Caution ⚠️

Hotel Sylva Awesome

We get suite for same price with breakfast. All the people were kind and sweet. Suite has two balconies and bathtub. Thank you very much and we will visit again!😊

Superb

Nice breakfast and personnel. They were very friendly and helpful 🙂. If I go back to that Limassol, I would go to that hotel 🏨.

The bath 🛁 did not have the cover so I couldn't relax in bath. But the rest was fine. The swimming pool was good.

The room service was very kind and friendly!

My room door was not so a perfect for locking it out. Was possible to break through.

They gave us a dirty room (stained sheets, visibly dirty floor, condom behind the bed, trash oh top of the wardrobe, bugs everywhere) and when we complained the owner was extremely rude, denying that it was dirty, yelling and arguing with us. The lady working at the reception was really nice and polite. In the end they gave us a different room witch was cleaner (still had some bugs but compared to the other room…. it was okay) All in all, one of the weirdest places I stayed.

Back to the 70s

Nice view

..Very dim lights in the room.. No lights in walkway.. Depressing lobby (also dim lights) Room was NOT clean.. COCKROACHES in toilet and room... Breakfast wasn't that good also

If you are not going to spent time inside except sleeping everything is fine

Location and staff

Even though i requested parking space and got a confirmation on it, i ended up parking elsewhere because of unavailable space. Insects roam the place . Also the door to the balcony wasn't locking

There could be a lot of potential in good service but unfortunately the management is very negligent

Worst experience EVER. First arrival and theres no receptionist,we go to our room the sheats and pillow covers arw filthy. Pool is dirty and this couple were staring at our familly a looong time. Top it all off at 4.30 in the morning the owner and the police were banging and showting threatning this woman in the hall for money. Woke my whole family up. My husband found a dog flea in our bed and all this happened in one day. They said they served american breakfast....it was cereal or bread with an egg. I mean i make more at home. Like don't advertise american breakfast with no bacon or even a juice. Staff arguing between them daily and private parking my a** they had no parking area just the street.will not go again

The breakfast from the second day that was prepared by an elderly lady who was sweet.
