Great value for money !

Great spacious room with a brand new bathroom with all you need! The location is quiet good few minutes walk from Central station.

No early check in/ out available.

Good

The property was in a good location, very central and had excellent transport links. The staff were friendly and very accommodating.

The walls were very very thin so there was not much privacy, and you were woken up by people talking in the corridors. Also the wifi connection wasn’t very strong from within the rooms which was not ideal.

Excellent as usual

Location, excellent staff, clean hotel and good service . Comfortable bed and mattress.

Need better pillows like the motel one Brussels. Rooms in need of refurbishment but still very good

Pleasant stay

The position is quite central and it is very easy to reach the main museums from the hotel. I also liked the possibility to leave the luggage there before the check-in time.

Fine for one night stay

Location is pretty good. 12 min walk from the central station and 15 min from the old town. AC was working.

It seem like hotel haven't been renovated since 90th. the day was hot and we used AC. In the evening we wanted to open window, but it was impossible. Outdoor parts of AC was exactly near our wirndow. It was loud and super dusty from them.

Friendly staff and nice location.

Location was great and staff very friendly. Beautiful and private balcony with direct door access from the room. The place was clean and had reasonable rates.

Aircondition provided very little effect, so was dependent on an open balcony door. Breakfast offered very little variation and wifi was not particularly responsive. One lift, and it is very slow, so the stairs will often be the quickest option.

very disappointed to be offered an unsecured internet connection front desk was not staffed so we were unable to ask questions about the internet lighting was very poor in our room, both for reading purposes and accessing the bathroom (via a dark stairwell at night)

I booked an economy single room and it looked like a storage room. The window lead to a technical room with air condition unist - see a picture. Horrible room!!! This should not be offered as accomodation. When I made a complain, the receptionist told me that I got what I ordered. Never again!

Nice staff, rooms in need of repair

Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly and helpful

I stayed in a single room. It was very run down looking - peeling wall paper, a missing curtain on one of the windows, shabby bed clothes. Also the room smelled terrible - bad smells were coming out of the sink and shower drains in the bathroom which were overpowering.

Great stay in Brussels

Very good location, only a few minutes walk from central area. Staff was very friendly and helpfully kept our luggage while we were out sightseeing.

Nothing major but our floor didn’t have access to the lift so we had to go though a few doors and corridors. Bathroom was slightly on the humid side but still comfortable.

Location, quiet room and breakfast

Shabby room on 8th floor that needs urgent renovation. Carpet has stains, cold bed lights, small double bed , old heating elements.

Location is great and staff kind and helpful

Cleanliness, noisy as we were put on the 8th floor without lift (lift stopping at 7th)

would not stay again because of worn out mattresses.

We asked by sending a message before our stay to make sure the mattress was really hard because of the back pain of husband. The mattress we got was in the most negative way worn out and with holes, too soft for a person with a back issues.

Location.

You get what you pay for. The hotel is lower in price than others in the area but it is also in desperate need of refurbishment and updating. The room i had was also not sound isolating at all so i had a very early morning.
