A practical hotel if you don’t need to be in the centre of Brussels.

The shuttle service from and to the airport. The service minded and polite staff.

The windows are not sound proof and the heavy traffic outside until late at night was disturbing. The rooms need better sound proofing as well.

Un séjour pratique et confortable.

Emplacement idéal pour rejoindre le centre par les transports en commun. La présence d’un garage sur place était pour nous primordiale. Le petit déjeuner varié et constamment réassorti. Le personnel discret et efficace.

Good price-quality hotel near the Event Lounge

Location was good to go to the Event Lounge where we had a convention; a bit far though from the city center if that is what you are interested in. The room was fine and comfortable, and mine was not facing the main road, so it was very quiet to have a good rest at night.

If anything the room toilet facility was a bit old and outdated overall (my sink had a crack but did not leak though); but did the trick. There was not forced ventilation in it dough so after a shower you had to open the door to let the steam out of it.

OK for a noisy night but I certainly had expected more

Comfortable bed and nice breakfast buffet

Noisy environment directly at a busy corner. Parking very narrow and not available at all when we arrived. Corridors and carpets not really nice. Some nasty discussions and in particular, I would not have expected I have to justify that I speak dutch. Will not come back here.

The room was small, basic and old, nothing close to the picture shown on my booking confirmation. When I showed the picture to the reception, the staff merely said it was a “general picture “ of the hotel, and if I would like to have a room as shown on the picture, I would have to book an “executive room “. The discrepancy of the picture and the reality, as well as the attitude of the staff was really disappointing. So, don’t expect a 4 star hotel, most 3 star hotels would have done a better job.

Storage Room and Garage extension

The retired old people living in the area around They are really hample and friendly

Junk room in a very far distance in an area not closed to any part of the city, if I didn't have my car with me I wouldn't be able to go anywhere. This place that he posts on booking is not suitable for travelers. It is an extension of his garage, and it is just suitable to store things not to host people in it. The towels are old and have bad smells. The bed was two joints, small beds attached with each other, and not comfortable at all , The storage room, which is called Beijerse Inn, is not ventilated, It is just suitable as a storage room. Doesn't have an AC , they just provide a small fan to blow air on people I really got sick from my stay, I got flu and fever

I don't regret to stay 4 nights in Gresham Belson Hotel Brussels. I am very satisfied. I like it.

The room was spacious and very clean. I did appreciate the dinner. The cooking was perfect. Good breakfast as well. The bed was comfortable.

I almost liked everything. The shuttle bus driver was nice, respectful and helpful. The reception staffers were very kind, friendly and professional.

High price, low cleaning

the bed was comfortable and the room was quite big.

It wasn’t very clean. we found a piece of bread right outside the window when we open it, a dirty sock behind the desk and there was a lot of powder but I didn’t want to complain for 2 nights since we mostly booked it for sleeping and we’ve been out most of the time. The shampoo in the shower was terrible. in general not worth it for the price, even if we probably paid more than usual since we booked it the day before going.

Convenient for our travels, rail into Brussels and flight out. Nice breakfast selection. Appreciated having transport to the airport included in our stay.

Pleasant

Our room was beside the lift(elevator) and the noise at night time and early morning was terible doors was opening clousing every second. I couldn't sleep.🥴 and the smell of toilet was disgusting when entering in room after all day away. Maybe somthing was whit drains.
