La vue sur le train, le bruit incessant des trains arrivant en gare, le manque d’équipement, le petit dej avec peu de choix, le parquet dans un état lamentable

Very nice

Very good location, pretty lobby with coffee and tea, free and very good swimming pool, good wifi, super nice staff.

Window wasn't closing fully, a little bit of a fly issue, missing some basics in the room that I was expecting to have.

We enjoyed our time in Copenhagen. The location was great and we could walk everywhere.

Location Facilities - gym, pool etc

The beds, bed linen and pillows were difficult to get on with. The silly mattress topper could hold a sheet properly and every night one side or the other came off to expose the mattress topper (which wasn’t in good shape! Dirty and bobbly) I found the pillows too small and too soft. The breakfast lacked variety so had the same choice every day.

A great place to say to appreciate central Copenhagen

Location - very easy to get to from the station and good base to explore the city Breakfast - extensive choice, nice fresh food Room was comfy, warm and quiet.

Super 3* Sterne Hotel in Bahnhofsnähe

Top Lage, große Zimmer ausgestattet mit Wasserkocher, super Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal, sehr gutes WLAN, TV mit zwei deutschen Programmen ARD und ZDF, Sport-Center mit Schwimmhalle, Hauptbahnhof ca 300 m, FLIXBUS Haltestelle quasi vor der Tür

Kleiderständer etwas instabil und klein, wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten, Platz für Regal oder Kleiderhaken wäre vorhanden - das ist aber jammern auf hohem Niveau

Nettes, zentral gelegenes Hotel, saubere Zimmer, freundliches Personal.

Zentrale Lage, nahe Bahnhof, jedoch nicht laut. Frühstück sehr gut und ausreichende Auswahl.

Anfangs angsteinflößender Gang zu den Zimmern.

Comfortable hotel in a great location. Perfect for families

Very clean, comfortable, and great facilities. The breakfast was delicious and my 1 year thoroughly enjoyed living a continental lifestyle! Loved the addition of being able to use the pool as well.

Some of the staff were a bit cold at times but other than that, not much to complain about!

Sufficient for a single night.

Plenty of parking. Close to central station. Lobby area is nice and welcoming.

The room was very bare. Hardwood floors, nothing on the white walls, a small leather chair and a white (seemingly very flat) bed makes the room look empty. On top of that the lighting is poor.

Supert basseng, koselig personale, ikke så veldig bra rom.

Frokosten var bra for min del, ikke så bra for ungene. (Hummus og grønnsaker, men lite brød og pålegg) Dårlig merket ift allergi. Fantastisk bassengområde, utrolig hyggelig personell! Veldig bra hårføner(lokalisert i skapet i gangen). Bare noen minutter å gå til Hovedbanegården, veldig fin beliggenhet.

Iskaldt rom, veldig kalde fliser på badet, ikke varme i håndkletørkeren. Mye kjemikalier i sengetøyet, fikk reaksjon. Ikke kjøleskap på rommet. Ganske lite rom ift hva bildene gir inntrykk av. Veldig dumme lys ved sengen (ringlights som hang på en knagg høyt oppe, så du måtte reise deg utav sengen for å få av/på lyset). Vasken på badet var tett. Det kunne definitivt vært vasket bedre.

Great place to stay to explore Copenhagen, will definitely return.

It was near the train station and main sights of Copenhagen. The room has a ledge that you can sit on and look-out.

Stadtnahes Hotel

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen. Es ist möglich zu Fuß die Stadt zu erreichen. Für ein Stadthotel war das Zimmer recht groß. Das Personal war total freundlich. Das Frühstück sehr lecker.

Het Hotel opzich is prima, personeel is vriendelijk ontbijt uitstekend, de kamer is gerenoveerd en comfortabel, alleen ligt het hotel naast een treinstation, je hoort vaak de treinen passeren voorderest kun je sporten en zwemmen.

Comfortable and cozy

Free breakfast was great with lots of options. Also loved the free coffee and tea in the lobby along with tons of board games. The umbrella rental stand came in clutch and was a good deal at 20 dkk for 48 hours. Also loved that hotel guests got to bowl at the attached convention center for next to nothing—it was a blast! Also loved the cozy window ledges in the guest rooms with a pillow so you could perch and read.

A hyggelig stay!

The staff were amazing- they were really friendly and efficient. Loved the hotel lobby space where it was nice to spend time grabbing a (free!) coffee from the machine or buy a beer/wine. Breakfast was lovely and the restaurant staff were able to provide my sister with gluten bread. We returned to the hotel for our last night after travelling elsewhere and it was lovely to come back!

Some railway noise as it’s near the station so best to take ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper.

Our stay was pleasant but short. We have to come back!

The location is excellent; very convenient to get the train or the metro. It is walking distance to the city centre and you can hang out at the nearby area where there are some hipster (some a bit pretentious and overpriced) places for food and drinks. There is an adjacent swimming pool and sports centre and the hotel has very good vibes. You can enjoy the lounge, have refills of coffee or tea and play board games. The breakfast is good.

if you are too sensitive with noise be mindful that there are padel tennis courts next door and people start playing early in the morning. You can also hear the trains but it is not too bad.

The staff were super friendly and welcoming, able to answer any questions we had. Location is great, just a 15 min walk from the train station.

It was a bit strange that the back door (rail road side) was closed at certain times.

CPH ticks all the boxes, and more, for a price conscious offer of city central accommodation

I made this booking last minute, looking for a centrally situated hotel close to the Main Railway Station, and modestly priced. What I liked most was how much of a bang for our buck this hotel was. The rooms were large, the windows absolutely vast, curtains of the optimum quality, with an air conditioner that worked as expected, bathrooms and toilets of a very good standard, excellent wifi, and breakfast options that were optimal. Instead of a clothes cupboard, there was unusually a fairly sturdy clothes stand. There was even access to a hotel pool, which was unexpected! I did not use the pool though. The hotel also offered conventional bicycles for a modest daily rental price. The staff were great, and always pleasant and positively helpful.

The bedding comprised a base mattress and then a thin top mattress. I found that the top mattress tended to move with the movements in your sleep. The pillows were optimal though. The other thing I did not like was the extremely long walk to our room from the lift. Fortunately the fire exit was just round the corner.

Great, just not perfect

Great breakfast, and good location close to the train station. It was our second time staying here, since the first time it was amazing!

We had a bit of an older room (a family room with 4 beds). Where a lot of it was had bumps and scratches (the walls and furniture mostly). The bathroom could/should have been cleaner as well.
