Good value for money

Right next to land marks And Waterloo train station for National rail and underground Lovely staff And buffet Rooms are nice and cosy

Maybe I read the facilities wrong I thought they had a swimming pool They have a spa treatment for massages, sauna steam room and a gym

lovely but tiring

The room was lovely and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was really good.

The fire alarm going off at 8am in the morning wasnt brilliant. No staff member explained what was happening and there was no fire. Being woken the second morning by a member of housekeeping. No lie in both mornings not good.

الفندق موقعه جدا جميل قريب مرررة من عين لندن وبيج بن الساعه وغرف الفندق حلوة وفندق نظيف جدا والموظفين ودودين ولاتنس يكون معاك كوز للحمام او بعلبة مويه او الشطاف الذكي وبخصوص الاكل الله يخلي uber eats تلاقي في قسم المطاعم الحلال وبالعافية عليك صدقني لندن غير وتستاهل العنوة🥰

The stay was good barring the items mentioned above.

Cleanliness, location, staff.

Our room face the inside courtyard and the noise from the lifts was excessive. The room was a lot smaller than expected.

THE VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY STAFF, EXCELLENT FACILITIES AND POSITION IN AN ICONIC PART OF LONDON ENSURED WE HAD A MOST

Staff really courteous and friendly

The naming of a number of hotels Park Plaza (County Hall one of them)is to me an own goal as needlessly confusing and meant I was unable to find the hotel on maps. A little sketch map of the area inc Waterloo Station, York Road, Addington Street on the website would have helped.

Grosses Zimmer Nespresso Maschine (obwohl bei Anfrage vor Ankunft, dies abgelehnt wurde!!!)

Superb

Everything was great. There was a birthday in the family and when we asked about the cake the room service team delivered it without delay and did not take any money for that even we asked many times. Thank you for the complementary cake.

Park Plaza County Hall is always our London hotel pick when visiting London.

When we travel to London, staying at Park Plaza County Hall is almost like coming home. We feel so very comfortable at this hotel. The staff is so friendly and amazing. We love Oscar! We always get a room with a view of the London Eye. There is nothing better than waking up in the morning and looking over Parliament, Big Ben, The Thames, and The London Eye. It is beautiful at night too. The buffet breakfast is absolutely delightful. We are early risers. So, we enjoy sitting by the window looking over the London streets. We start our day sipping our coffee an enjoying a yummy big breakfast. Love it all!!

The mattress on the bed is not the best. It is comfortable, but it could be better.

A very nice hotel in an excellent location for a family visit to London. The family rooms are equipped with what you need for a vacation with children, and the hotel staff is great and always ready to help.

The family rooms are a bit crowded and lack storage space.

Ideal location - bathrooms tired and need a revamp

Breakfast lovely and location good

Room was disappointing had to complain, wasnt what we were hoping to have - looking out at rubbish bins and yellow rubbish bags - was supposed to have been a superior room. We were moved to higher floor and a more superior room. Bathroom tired and needed some repairs doing to the fitments.

Convenient and clean.

Shower was good. Location was convenient for our purpose.

A second chair would have been nice as well as a portable luggage rack as there was one permanent one but not enough for two guests in the room.

Good Location - but not the a best choice.

The location. And comfy beds. Good AC.

The room was very small - the setup of the room makes it smaller. Also, I was planning to keep my luggage at the concierge for 3 days since I was going to Paris and returning to the same hotel, but they did not let me, so I cancelled my other booking. The gym was less than basic. The lobby is very small and crowded.

Not a 4 star hotel

The location was fantastic.

First night the pillows for the sofa bed had black, red and brown hair stuck on it, no pillow cover or duvet cover either , next the bathroom drainage didn't work so flooded the room also mould around the shower door and sealer , carpet was badly worn and the paint on the walls all stained ,got moved to another room, the only friendly person was a chap named Oscar who was very welcoming and was really nice to my children but for the other staff members I would think some customer service training would be needed, very cold and not friendly, when checking out the chap at the desk was nice but he was very scruffy looking , his jacket was all wrinkles with hair and dandruff all over it , all in all very disappointed with my stay for a four star hotel maybe 3 star would be more suitable.
