Convenient location. Very comfortable and clean. Friendly and helpful staff.

Very convenient location with lots of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The apartment was clean, well maintained, A/C and TV in each room. Plenty of space in wardrobe. The bathroom amenities are also very nice.

The kitchen lacks a bit of cutlery and utensils (eg there was only 1 bread knife and no other knives). However, we were afterwards told that we could have asked for them. The wifi connection is limited in respect of number of devices. If you travel with a family of 4 adults and have to attend to work as well, it can be very tricky!

Really good, except for the noise.

Excellent room, excellent location with Salamanca restaurants and the wharf at your doorstep.

Was extremely noisy first thing in the morning, with rubbish trucks, street sweepers, lots of traffic and hustle and bustle.

Loved the location for city access and water views.

Having to pay the whole stay upfront. That was my first experience of this practice in my entire travelling life. Once the room is paid for there should be no open tab on the credit card. Hence usually paying at cjexloiAnd often when booking as a single (me) in accommodation or splitting to twin share, the ‘cream of the crop’ rooms are reserved for couples.

Thank you for a comfortable stay.

Staff members were courteous. Room and bed was comfortable. Nice aesthetics. Great lookout on the top of the main building! Good location - very close to Salamanca market, plenty of cafes and bars and only moments to Brooke Street Pier to catch the Sky bus, Mona ferry and local tours.

Check in was at the main building which was a short but steep uphill walk while dragging the luggages. Some surfaces in the room were a little dusty. Limited data for guest Wifi.

perfect place for Hobart. Expensive but a nice treat to start our Tassie tour.

roomy 2nd floor studio suite. huge bed and windows with small balcony overlooking Harbour. sparkling clean and well appointed with quality toiletries and fluffy towels. Shower had both waterfall and smaller shower heads. very pleasant staff serviced the room when needed. coffee pod machine provided. kitchenette small but adequate. great location right on Salamanca Place. easy walk to lots of cafes pubs and seafood places.

unfortunately the windows of our suite mostly looked onto a large grey shed belonging to Uni of Tasmania. so not much water or harbour to be seen. parking was limited and a couple of times we had use car park up the hill at Linna apartments where the reception was located.

A pleasant stay except for the parking issue.

The overall twin bathroom suite.

Car parking was a big issue. Limited spaces and no disability spots. Challenging walk up to other car parking area. Web info suggests off street parking near suite.

Can’t wait to stay again

Perfect location. Beds and pillows were comfy and the room was quite large. Can’t wait to visit again to see what it looks like with all the renovations completed

The blinds are operated by an up and down switch that looks just like a light switch - not that that’s a bad thing it just took us a while to figure it out. Would be good if this info was in the hotel compendium

Very relaxing and enjoyable.

Excellent presentation & facilities together with proximity to market and wharf area.

A little disappointing having the large university building across the way but all else more than compensated.

Staff were very nice but did not like the apartment

We book a different apartment and 4 weeks before were told that apartment block was being refurbished and we were moved to Salamancia Suites Did not like the 2 x apartments we wanted 1 whole apartment
