Sucio, viejo, personal de habitaciones nunca traian lo que pedias. La moqueta daba asco, los baños viejos y sucios. Muy decadente. Desayuno malo y poco variado. No le daria mas de 3 estrellas en España

Excellent location, welcoming staff and very clean. The family room was ENORMOUS!

Only complaint is the room was warm, but thankfully the windows opened so we were able to get some cool air in.

La chambre n’était pas très propre. Les rideaux, les fenêtres et la salle de bain étaient sales. Aussi, l’hôtel est beaucoup trop grand. Il y a beaucoup de passage au rez-de-chaussée. Aucune ambiance intime, ce n’est pas 5 étoiles.

The building and Christmas tree in the centre of reception was lovely. The room was clean. The key card after midnight was a good safety for customers.

I didn't feel the staff very welcoming. Room service was basic upon arrival and following a simple request just seemed to take ages in my room. Ordering food was annoying. Asking to call back or having to call again. Got my drink order wrong as explained. The room and services was basic for the price. I travel internationally a lot and around the UK, many hotels but this did not stand out for the price or what I'm use too. One night was fine and checked out first thing. A lot of customers seemed to have issues getting collected outside the hotel on a two lane but I feel this made it worse with road works also taking up one lane. My driver had to drop me further down the road with my bags.

The pool was nice.

Paid for a room with a view and the room was awful. Empty building. Had to complain to be moved. The man at the front desk didn't seem very happy about it.

It was close to everything that we wanted to see. We loved the mezzanine floor. The staff Elldonna was very lovely and helpful. I also loved that you made my stay for my 60th special with Balloons and cake and wine and also the lovely display of flowers on the bed. Thankyou.

The first day our toilet was flushing properly. But was all sorted by the night time. We told them in the morning but had to tell them again in the evening when we got back from being out. The maintenance man came a fix it all good.

Out of the tube at Piccadilly Circus and Dilly is there and just so handy. Walked everywhere to Leicester Square, Covent Garden, Soho, Oxford Street, Regent Street and then over to the Adelphi Theatre. Comfortable stay with a touch of luxury for 2 nights - just the treat we needed. Love the phone box in the lobby.

Perfectly placed - It met my every need for visiting Art Galleries, Theatres and Restaurants. It was clean and comfortable. I loved the Swimming Pool and the Terrace Restaurant.

Just a matter of taste really - I would change the name (it sounds a bit childish) and ditch the artificial flowers in the restaurant, they were a tad naff and made it feel a bit like a wedding reception.

Rooms are nice, comfortable and clean, we booked two rooms both were amazing. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The staff were polite and helpful. A few minor issues not worth worrying too much about were immediately sorted when mentioned. Gym was amazing and the pool was an excellent place to unwind. Breakfast was perfect.

The pool area could do with a thorough spruce and the squash courts seemed redundant. They would be much better used as extra poolside lounge areas as seating was extremely limited.

Very convenient and central location for theatres, parks, locations of interest. Staff friendly and helpful. Terrace dining area very attractive. Breakfast options varied,plentiful and good quality. Thought the in house, but independent, Indian restaurant and bar was stunning.

Some small details of room needed a bit of attention. Minor detail, though.

Location is perfect Terrace restaurant and cafe gas magnificent seating area. King bed size room was so spacious comparing of London's room sizes in the other hotels for the same price. We loved the indian restaurant in the hotel it was so fancy in the decorations as u r in a castle. And very delicious food and excellent service. Loved the treats/snacks they put in the lobby area everyday. Loved the fresh flowers spread all over the lobby's entrance

The insulation is very bad..I hear in the morning all the doors that close and open..and every movement of feet whem walking from the upper floor makes sounds and we can hear it The reception does not answer the phone when calling and ignores it during our whole stay period. -The bed sheets are very rough, as if they have been used for more than a hundred years. Lobby is too small. I can say there is no lobby, but a very small waiting area with 3 or 4 seats.

The location and the fact that it was an old building. Breakfast was good too. In general staff was attentive. Swimming pool looked great but we didn’t manage to make use of it.

We had booked a suite for 2 adults and 2 children. On arrival the kids’ bed wasn’t made up. We had to ask 3 times for the kids bed to to be set up. Eventually one of the receptionists of the night shift brought us some bedding for the pull out couch in the sitting room. It was close to midnight- after we had returned from dinner. The mattress that was brought was impossible to sleep on, metal springs were felt through the thin top layer. We had to ask for an extra duvet to be put on top of it. It was all quite a mission and I don’t think it’s acceptable to offer such bedding to customers.

Lovely hotel, excellent location, comfy beds. Breakfast was incredible! So much choice and very fresh as well.

The bathroom was a little bit dated and small for the size of the room - but who spends that much time in there anyway 🤷‍♀️

location ….stayed here previously as Le Meridien gone downhill but not hugely!
