Enjoyable stay close to everything we needed. Will be back !

The size of the room was good. I loved the big bath tub in the bathroom and big Tv. And location was perfect for our needs as it was very good position to navigate for walks to either The rocks, City Mall or darling harbour. It was easy walking distance to get around. Central to all these places. I would stay here again.

The pillows were terrible. They were really my only complaint. Change the pillows ! They are too soft and flat and offer no support. The steam room wasn’t working. The sauna wasn’t very hot.. not sure if it was just me, or a problem with the sauna. There was no bowl of water in there to create more heat and steam either. Minor complaint though.

Love the location . Hotel easy access to train station and trams. Rooms and bathrooms very clean and roomy.

Thank you for the impressive room I was allocated - it made for a comforting stay that I look forward to repeating!

Great location in the CBD, immaculate room presentation, spacious, and spectacular views, especially from the bathtub. Staff friendly and professional. Thank you - this will now be one of my regular stays for business and for pleasure!

Cost of parking well above nearby parking stations, even for hotel guests.

Okay!

Rooms were very spacious

Rooms were very old and outdated. Bathroom, mainly shower, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for years (grout galore).

Location is ideal

The interior is more or less modern

The building itself is quite old and hence the height of the building is quite low in comparison to the skyscrapers around it. So the view is not great

Disappointing

We have been staying here for many years

Whilst we understand there were issues with water up on the higher floors, the staff were very accommodating however the Hotel Manager was beyond rude and disrespectful and we will not be using the hotel again.

Fabulous. Highly recommend.

Small room, no balcony, tv was really old and we didn’t know how to work it cause it was set to some weird settings. Was average

Nice for a night away.

The rooms were great! And the location was perfect

That we pre paid parking ( as it said it wasn't included) then checked in to the hotel and their informed it was included but it was too late. The sauna was not working or not effective.. with not heat and a message saying we couldn't add water to the rocks. The spa had bibles but the temp was colder than the pool ?!!

Great venue, centrally located, we had the city view above floor 20, spectacular.

Centrally located hotel. Can walk to Circular Quay and the Royal Theatre. Close to shopping and the many food venues. 50m from the Wynyard station if travelling further. Hotel itself had friendly staff, especially the doormen. Nice clean spacious rooms and the bathroom had a bath as well as a separate shower.

Needed more storage or bench space in the bathroom.

Reasonably central location with very comfortable beds but a bit tired around the edges

Very comfortable beds; reasonably central location close to tram stop; decent breakfast; very helpful and polite staff; nice little pool/sauna area

Rooms are pretty tired and the pool/sauna changing rooms were poorly equipped and looking a bit shabby. WiFi was a bit sketchy

Superb

We stayed club lounge and it was terrific. Our room was big, clean and comfy. The location is fantastic. Satff friendly and food was delicious. We used the pool and spa area too. Highly recommend this hotel.

Room Airconditioning was not very effective and the room was often too warm. Car parking at bottom of building is very expensive and very tight for an SUV.
