La prestation ménage au niveau de l'hôtel n'est pas adaptée à un 4 étoiles. En 3 jours, personne n'est venu dans ma chambre pour vérifier que tout allait bien, ni pour vider la poubelle, changer une serviette ou même faire le lit, à ce prix là je ne trouve pas la prestation correct!!

The bed was good.

No tooth brush and paste. No flippers. Not included breakfast and buy on sight for 16.5 per person

The staff was terrific, Sauna and gym in the hotel were outstanding. The location in the heart of Helsinki made it super comfy to both work and explore the city.

Everything was great.

Not great for families travelling with babies and here is why: - Room too small to fit in a crib comfortably - Super steep ramp at the entrance - Room is not cleaned daily (not even to take out trash) - challenging if you have dirty diapers - Receptionist told us to throw trash in a trash can at a bus stop outside of the hotel

Great location good facilities and friendly staff who changed my room when I told the air conditioner was rattling at night affecting my sleeping😊

Very nice and positive staff at reception and at breakfast. Room itself was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable as well. Breakfast was very nice and the restaurant had a calm atmosphere and is nicely decorated.

On 4th floor I had a room on the street side and the sounds of the passing trams was clearly heard to the room. This was the only downside really.

Room was clean and nice, beds comfortable, breakfast delicious.

Minibar was not filled, although should have been according to the room description.

Location is great if you need to be around western Helsinki. Can get around on foot as well since railway station is mere 15 mins away. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Room on the top floor was spacious and clean as was the bathroom. Bed was comfortable, but mattress could have been a bit more harder. Breakfast was really good, plenty of choices for foods, and the restaurant itself was nicely decorated and a nice place to enjoy the breakfast. Got offered s late checkout at 18, which was great as could have a nap and freshen up before traveling.

Carpeted floors should be history by now. Shower door in the room was installed in a way that you were easily able to get the floor wet outside the shower itself.
