We had a great time. We couldn't have hoped for anything more.

We were fortunate to get an upgrade to a king bed but thought the room was going to be bigger. However, still enough and very comfortable. We had breakfast which was cooked well and had a lot of variety. Being near the Convention Centre meant an easy alternative for parking and easy access to our desired location (the C Restaurant) as well as the city centre and Swan River. We used the pool which was nice and refreshing, and not crowded.

There was a balcony which we would have like to access but the sliding door was bolted. We thought this may be a safety issue to prevent people using the balcony. There wasn't much not to like.

We stayed to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We were given an upgrade to a king room which we were very pleased with.

Bed was super comfortable and location as great.

Bath and shower were not very clean, shower curtain very stained at the ends and hairs in the bath. Shower pressure was very low.

Average hotel comfortable but not good value for money

I found the rooms to be quite noisy, a lot of street noise, particularly in the early hours when garbage trucks are working around the city buildings. As the windows are very old the noise can disturb your sleep.

Blown away by the customer service and the kind staff. Enjoyed a dinner at the restaurant on the first floor also.

Wow! The service and the staff were incredible. The room was comfortable and clean. Great pool area too!

Zimmereinrichtung etwas abgewohnt und ohne Atmosphäre. Wifi nur gegen Anmeldung im Hilton Honors - Club. Schnelles Wifi nur gegen Gebühr. In dieser Preisklasse ist das heutzutage eigentlich ein Witz.

No access to the balcony.. Telephone front desk 3 times with no answer.. No hairdryer in room.. Shower leaked all over the floor making it very slippy.. Nowhere to sit with a mirror.. Stains in the carpet.. Definitely not worth $529

Great breakfast, amazing choice.

We were accidentally overcharged. But, on bringing it to their attention the matter was quickly and apologetically resolved. Excellent service, but glad I checked the bill.

Disappointed, humiliated, degraded, angry, upset,…….

The welcome I got when I arrived

Being told after, I only had three cocktails that they were no longer serve me. I’m not sure why it was obviously not because I had had too much to drink because within 10 minutes, they let me drive my car somewhere else. obviously when I return from the drive, I was upset and voiced opinion. They said I was being too loud and to go to back to my room. Three hours later, the police knocked on the door asking me to leave. I told him I had nowhere to go since I had a couple more drinks after such a bad experience. But then arrested me walked me through the hotel lobby in just my boxers through all the stuff in my bag and broke $8000 watch. The police took me away in a paddy wagon. Drove me for about 20 minutes, then dropped me off at the side of the road. I have never been so disgraced and humiliated all my life. I arrived the next morning to pick up my car, which the police had it Northbridge police station. I voiced my concerns to the management. They were not really apologetic in anyway. I found this totally unacceptable. As a hilton rewards member, if they treat you like this, how they treat just a normal person from the public. I will never stay at another Hilton in my life.

Not bad, not good.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were nice.

No wifi in room and only local TV. Chromecast didn't work either. This is a four star hotel at best. I have no idea how they can justify 5 stars.

Great location and friendly staff...!!!

We had an amazing time. The facilities were clean and the location very handy to the city. We liked the bar and the breakfast set up.

We would like probably to suggest the WIFI is made available to all guests without the need of asking the staff for promo codes....other smaller hotels do provide free wifi.

Great hotel, very lovely start to our Western Australia trip.

The room was lovely, everything we were expecting. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, particularly the doorman, Darren. Check in was easy and the staff were very accommodating and allowed us to securely leave our bags with them prior to check in so we could explore the city more comfortably. The buffet breakfast was great, a nice selection of foods and a very easy to use coffee machine. We had a great stay, and will happily be booking again in the future.

We were only there for one night, so didn't really have time for anything to go too wrong. Not really anything we didn't like!

Good location and kind staff made a relaxing stay.

The location is the main reason for choosing Parmelia Hilton for us.

When we checked in we were upgraded as it was our doing anniversary on Boxing Day. The lady attending us initially said it was a $20 fee for the upgrade but when we mentioned our anniversary she said she could make it complimentary. When we paid the bill with cash on check out we found the $20 on our bill. It was waived when we explained we were told it was complimentary on check in but it was awkward and a bit uncomfortable. Other than this the only other maybe just a feeling that there was a lack of cleaning staff but due to Christmas holidays that might be the reason?
