Está bien

La ubicaciòn es tranquila pero no muy céntrica. Hay que ir en omnibus hasta el centro de la ciudad. Hay pocos restaurantes cerca y cierran temprano por la noche, por lo cual hay que ser precavido en eso. Comercios cerca no hay demasiados. El Hotel està limpio y el personal es amable. Las habitaciones tienen un tamaño normal, son còmodas. Los colchones son muy cómodos, la ducha está muy bien. La construcción está siendo renovada y se encuentra modernizada.

Se escuchan muchos ruidos de afuera , del pasillo y de otras habitaciones. Es lo único que puedo criticar. La construcción es moderna y a través del yeso de las paredes finas, se escucha todo tipo de ruidos.

La habitación muy limpia así como el baño, con casi todo lo necesario. Tiene una pequeña nevera y caja fuerte, que está muy bien. El desayuno bastante completo, me gustó que había mucha fruta. La localización está bien, en metro se llega rápido al centro. El personal un 10, todos súper atentos.

Lo único que tengo no me gustó de la habitación es que no tenía armario y a mi parecer le faltaba espacio para maleta y ropa.

Soggiorno a Lisboa

La posizione è strategica perché la struttura è molto vicina alla fermata metro di Campo Pequegno. La stanza era confortevole e in più abbiamo ricevuto, con nostra piacevole sorpresa, una con letto matrimoniale pur avendo una prenotazione per due letti singoli. La colazione era abbondante e variegata. Ci è stata data la possibilità di lasciare i nostri bagagli sia prima del check in che successivamente al check out.

La pulizia nelle camere non era il massimo, consiglio alla struttura di prestare maggiore attenzione. Nel bagno, il piatto doccia non aveva la giusta pendenza e quindi si bagnava un po' il pavimento.

a small and basic hotel room close to the airport and train station

The location is not far from the airport, and is also close to a train station. They allow late check-in which is convenient for late flights arrivals. The check-out time is 12pm, rather than more common 10am, which made it convenient for some travellers. These The staff are very friendly. The room is small but nicely decorated with essentials, and is clean.

The room is small with no sitting area. The window is facing other buildings. It is best used as a sleep place and not ideal if you plan to spend a lot of time in the room.

O pequeno almoço foi o esperado para a classe do Hotel, a sala para o efeito está bem localizada, embora eu considere que anteriormente estava melhor, quando era localizada no último andar, onde se podia desfrutar de uma vista mais agradável, em quanto se desfrutava do pequeno almoço.

Great place, quiet location, easy to get around the city. Would recommend

Good location, very quiet place despite being on a main road couldn’t hear anything. Excellent room, very clean, comfy bed and great shower. We had 5 rooms and everyone was happy with them.

the property was not cheaper than others. but they seem to cut corners with basic stuff.

the staff were exceptional. very helpful. that is truly a serious plus point for the property. the location is very good

minimum amenities were missing. even a bottle of water. looks like no frills type.

A best visit in the trip

I have to say that the employee who checked me in 7/8 was great. never in my life have I experienced such good service from any person in a hotel. our flight home was canceled we got into trouble we had walked between 5 hotels and everywhere was fully booked but it was possible to get us in at this hotel. thanks to the employee in the lobby. I want to convey it to the hotel's superiors to reprimand this master who helped us! the room was really cool. the breakfast is great. Bed 10 stars. Showers 10 stars. Everything just great not a single problem.

Exceptional

Beautifull Campo Pequeno across the road with restaurants, food court and shops. Hotel's parking garage was convenient, although the entrance was not marked clearly. We were not sure if it is really a hotel garage.

Good location, ideal for mini break

Good location, easy access for train and metro. Such lovely staff, very helpful

The breakfast; hot food was cold, poor choice but the hotel was quiet so maybe didn’t want to waste much. Rooms are in the small side with shortage of storage space; 4 hangers in each room, no shelves or drawers so double rooms only really cater for one person.

I love it. I have to extend my stay for another 5 days

The facility is very close to Metro station and a Shopping mall. The breakfast is good and the Room are clean. The rooms are usually cleaned every morning.

Overall excellent accommodation in a good location.

Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. We had daily housekeeping, beds were made and clean towels were provided.

Tea and coffee making facilities and a greater choice of TV channels in English would have been very much appreciated.
