Great hotel in a good location

Very good hotel in a nice part of town. We've stayed here before so no hesitation in booking again plus very well located for the Aviva Stadium which was the main reason we went to Dublin.

Complained - was offered a free bottle of wine on next visit. Not happening.I don't drink, anyway!

Didn't have breakfast, it was far too expensive

The room stank dreadfully. We think someone urinated on the carpet. I was unwell (booked into hospital the next morning) so felt unable to change rooms once unpacked.

A beautiful hotel with excellent staff.

The room was a good size and lovely decor. The show was a good size and the water pressure was good. The breakfast were delicious and never to crowded. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Location was excellent for the RDS.

The view from the room wasn't great but I know that not all rooms can have beautiful views. There was also a fan system beside the window , which was noisy at times.

Lovely view of Herbert Park from the room and kind staff.

Overall very good

Really classy decor, room was perfect.

Most of the staff were very friendly. I didn't realise I hadn't booked breakfast, I would have thought it was customary to be asked if it was required at check in. Only for the simple reason that it's difficult to park elsewhere in Dublin.

Was brilliant other than we had to pay the extra amount when we arrived was a bit ridiculous

Was a good atmosphere around the place was nice and quite

Room costed 194.40 abouts and when I arrived my check in was for 3 room wasn’t ready till 4 when I was ready to pay for the room I was then told there would be an extra charge on the room incase we wanted room service the room then went up to 240 for 1 night this information should be told when booking the room on any website as I was not informed I am now waiting for the money to come back as we didn’t use the room service

Very clean and tidy upper end motel

Car parking on site. Clean and tidy. Good meals and service. Helpful staff. Very modern. Not ideally located for a trip north the next day.

Lovely stay! Pleasant staff! Comfy room!

Bottle of water daily. Staff members very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. great location for Aviva Stadium. Convenient to public transportation. Good food in restaurant, especially chicken wings!

Equipment in fitness center needs basic maintenance. All cardio equipment in need of repairs. Did not see a place for used towels.

Frustrating and Tiring. Hotel overbooked rooms and underdelivered on quality

We were moved from the room we booked to an apartment room in the Herbert Park Residence. The quality was inferior - the walls are paperthin. You can hear people talking in rooms next door, alarms going off and the washing machine being used. You will not get a good nights sleep in the Herbert Park Residence.

Great location with car park (€12) Professional and friendly welcome My husbands birthday - a nice treat in the room. Lovely local eateries and pubs adjacent. Big rooms.

Needs a more intimate bar area as well as the lobby.

Lovely big clean room, nice to have water provided daily.

Excellent stay!!

This hotel is lovely, I can’t rate it high enough, I stayed in the park residence which is one bed studio apartments which I loved! As I travel for a week frequently I can get bored of hotel rooms so having a lovely area to relax, watch tv, cook if I wanted was perfect. You have balcony doors which was nice due to excellent weather and no noise outside, v peaceful. The standard is also excellent! Will be back. Also if you have a car there is a car park under the hotel

The perfect location. Ballsbridge fabulous area with bars & restaurants nearby. .A twenty minute walk into city center or a 5min taxi spin.
