For the price, it's perfect! The location is very close to the beach and center. Rooms are clean, but the only minus is that the bathroom door is a blured glass door where, from the sides, you can see inside, and the smell from the toilet is going into the room and at night if someone is using the toilet you will hear everything.

Great location, nice atmosphere and safety.

Great location, great staff especially the professional handling of Alex from FO made our holiday unforgettable. Definitely will come back.

There could have been more variety of cheese in the breakfast :)

Breakfast was great, the pool as well. Located close to the beach and boardwalk.

Maintenance of the room and equipment could be better. The arrival by car was a bit of adventure, with all the narrow streets around…

Awesome location and great food, but needs parking is a problem

Location is great, staff is very kind, food is great, pool is clean and nice, towels and linen changed after every 3 days. Beds are comfortable.

Rooms are very small. It is not pointed out anywhere before you book that parking is 450m from hotel, parking ramp is very unstable, and even though they said that parking will not be charged if stay is more than 4 nights, I was charged on arrival for 9 days. Internet is not working so well.

With a little more effort from the staff it could have been better

The location was excellent

I booked the executive suite but it was tiny and there was no lock on the bathroom. The bathroom was old which is fine but there was no shower door and was tiny which meant the water went everywhere. Also it wasn’t cleaned sufficiently and the towels were only changed 3 times in 7 days. 1 of the beds were broken and even though I reported it as soon as we checked in, it wasn’t changed until the 3rd day which meant my 9 year old had to sleep with me… they did leave a platter of fruit as an apology though but as there was no AC in the room with the double bed it was very uncomfortable and very hot as 3 of us slept in the same bed. Also they have no parking . Saying this the location was excellent .. also at the pool bar I ordered a club sandwich and chips to feed my child-there was a picture and the price was €7 however when it arrived it was a sandwich with half a packet of crisps. When I questioned they lady why they advertised chips and I paid for a club sandwich and chips but got crisps she said they had run out of potatoes! But I wasn’t told when I ordered so I could have the option and was charged the same price! If I wanted to feed my child crisps I could have got her a packed from the supermarket for cheaper!

I will not prefer this hotel any time.

Location and the seaside

The room and the hotel is old.The swimming pool is not clean.The breakfast was not enough. We could not find classic tea in the berakfast.There isn’t water in the room to drink.

Should have been better

The location is great as is the breakfast (variety).

The price-quality ratio of the room is below standard. No internet (neither WiFi nor 4G) in familyroom 113. The Spa is closed since long.

Poorly managed and maintained. So much more potential than is being realized.

The best part about this hotel is its location. Approx. 50 meters from the beach.

We checked into a room that had no shower door. There were missing light fixtures in the room. The shower door frame leaked water onto the tile floor. Towel service was poor the first 8 days. The last 3 days it seemed like they were bringing them every day. In my opinion, breakfast was poor. Same stuff every day. Most importantly, no wifi anywhere in the room. This is great in most cases, but if you pay for a room with wifi, you should be able to have that. This issue did not get fixed the whole stay.

Superb

Location is very good, the beach is in 100 meters. Pubs, restaurants are near to the hotel. Clean room, nice stuff, very good breakfast. The pool is also clean. We had an amizing holiday. Thank you

Excellent breakfast! The staff was very helpful and kind, especially the workers at the pool bar! I was also very pleased with the amenities of the room and how regularly they were cleaned because it was spotless! Thank you for your excellent service!

Did not meet the expectations for 4* hotel and solid booking average review rate.

Spacios room

Only few parking slots. Not very clean. Wrong number of towels providedll couple of days. Breakfast not tasty although there were fair number of choices. Similar food every day.

A business oriented in earning money without caring about tourists.

The location was close to the beach.

The location was not clean at all, the breakfast was poor and with the same dishes every day with low quality products and the rooms were not refurbished for a long period. Last but not least, the emplooyees were not customer oriented, most of them didn’t say hello and didn’t smile therefore the atmosphere was closer to a hospital.

Breakfast 😁

Rooms are very very old, and bath room was like before 200years. I arrived at 12:00 o'clock and they changed my booking in last minutes. They gave room small with toilet 1x1meters and small bed room 3x2meters and paid 320 euros for 3 nights. AMAZING! 😔😔😔😔
