Will stay again.

Excellent room with good harbour view.. Very well located. Comfortable bed.

The TV has limited free channels. The room charging process was not as indicated on the Booking.Com booking. The total amount was taken by the hotel before we arrived.

Overall not impressed

The view until cruise ships arrived, lovely view at the restaurant.

Rooms need to be maintained more, broken shower head, door stop, balcony tiles broken, balcony not completely private, and tiles squished when you walked on them, was expecting a lot better considering it is the Hilton. Some Staff were absolutely awesome, but some were quite dismissive.

Our stay at this hotel was disappointing due to issues with cleanliness

The hotel room was on the top floor, with an expansive view of the city and the water. The view was magnificent. There are many places to visit within walking distance and the location is very central

The room was not very clean, there was a dirty towel in the bathroom as well as a large amount of hair in the drawers, to the point that the staff took a picture of the drawers. We were disappointed since it was my daughter's birthday and we had hoped to make the occasion special. We were also disappointed with the size and temperature of the swimming pool, which was very cold. Our request was also for flowers to be delivered in honor of my daughter's birthday, but they never arrived and instead we received chocolates from the hotel management. Which was a nice surprise but nevertheless we requested flowers with no communication received from management. Also room service was ordered and the food quality was extremely poor. There was no Netflix only Sky and the television was not very high quality either, as the image flickered constantly. As a result, even though the location and the view was magnificent we were left unsatisfied with the overall experience in this hotel.

Complimentary breakfast was so good, the bed was comfortable, the shower was ok.

The bathroom didn't have a lock on it, which I found weird. The bond realizing at the counter I had to pay an extra 400 dollars was an unfortunate event. I booked a king leisure deluxe and it didn't match the photos. The one I had booked had a bathtub in the photos and I was not put into it

Fantastic location. Close to everything with amazing views.

A little behind the times with connectivity - no option for streaming services and pay-for-view movies in 2024? Paying for valet parking in the open outside the front door.

Le buffet petit déjeuner, peu de choix dans les produits surtout dans les fruits et souvent mal resservi. Le personnel de salle est très aimable, certains bossent la tête baissée ce qui est agaçant quand vous souhaitez quelque chose. Il est dommage de faire payer le cafe expresso ou le cappuccino dans une formule buffet du petit-déjeuner. C’est la première fois que cela m’arrive…. Si vous êtes amateur d’esoresso ou cappuccino ça sera payant C’est dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de machine distributrice

Good location, but expect more from 5 star hotel

Location is good. We didn't mind the big ship parked along-side taking the view (it departed after a few hours and opened up the view). The guy at the concierge was very helpful (Robert I think his name was)

Probably expected more from a 5 star hotel. Small things like no slippers in the room, Limited tea offering, then also the tea and coffee not replenished the next morning, a long with dirty mugs and spoons left after room serviced. Staff overall just seemed to have very little care factor

Room was very small. No space to put the suitcase, and very small hanging space.

Huge, Cruise ships outside both our rooms the whole stay. People on the ship could see straight into our room. The constant hum of the cruise ship motor was annoying, and the diesel fumes were horrible. Auckland Hilton wrote to me and offered a $100 discount per night per room for our three-night stay in the two rooms i booked. I haven't received this refund yet, and they have ignored my email requesting it.

Great views and friendly staff, shame the tech is a little lacking

Awesome location, great views. Staff are super friendly greeting you whenever you come and go from the hotel. The buffet breakfast was super nice and the waiting staff were attentive

Tech needs upgrading in the room. The ability to cast to the TV is a must

It's fine.

For a place this nice I expected quite good food. Especially in Auckland given the overall high quality of relatively inexpensive food (i.e. cafe scene). The room service food is TERRIBLE. The rest of the stay was perfectly acceptable - wasn't blown away by anything.

We had big expectations for the Hilton but was sadly let down by a disorganized/frazzled staff.

The location was fantastic, right in the Viaduct. We could walk to wherever we wanted to do.

We had a 3pm check in but our room wasn't ready until 4.50pm so it was a ridiculously LONG and tiresome wait in the lobby. Communication regarding the continued wait was poor and I had to keep going back to reception for any kind of update as the staff had zero clue when the room would be available. The room was nothing special and the bathroom had poor lighting and a piece of the bathroom countertop was missing which should really be repaired. Added to that was a HUGE passenger liner ship parked right in front, so our "deluxe harbor views" was literally gone. So, all in all, the Hilton in Auckland is absolutely overrated.

Great central location with fabulous views over harbor.

We loved the location and did not mind the cruise ships. We liked the Belini bar snacks available til late as we arrived late.

Size of shower was not of standard of the rest of bathroom and shower rose was not very good.

Always a treat to stay at the Hilton Auckland, a unique experience.

Perfect location for a Stay-cation. Great staff, right from the valet, to the housemaids, to the managers.

Numerous deck tiles damaged and need fixing. I have noticed the same issue on previous stays.

Vue pourrie !

Hôtel bien placé au centre-ville, confort, propreté, petit déjeuner confort au standard 5 étoiles.

L’hôtel vend (plus cher) des chambres avec vue sur le port mais des paquebots viennent s’amarrer juste en face (très près) et masquent complètement la vue. Dans notre cas cela a duré tout notre séjour (3 nuits)

Not the good choose when a big vessel on this pier!

We are in the Hilton 2 times in one month! First time was much better than 2nd time, because was a holiday time and no big vessel direct on the hotel ! So everyone can watch the rooms and a lot of noise all the time !rooms are not do clean than first time !

Birthday escape

Great location

Was very noisy outside, noticed specially at night, people shouting on the roadway outside. We were on 3rd floor, maybe up higher you wouldn't notice this so much. We slso paid for an upgrade to a Harbour view room but our room faced the building opposite with a little bit of harbour view, wouldn't have bothered paying more if I had I known this.
