We received the best service from all staff from the doorman, receptionist, concierge, restaurant staff and hotel cleaners. Five star service indeed

The hotel needs some updating

I didn't expect much based on reviews but rate is usually higher too but understandable since its IHG. but to my surprise the room is bigger & the breakfast is very good. I like the area which is near to everywhere. its a better stay!

the only problem is our room has a clogged water closet and they have to come back thrice to do it.

One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional service we received at Voco Orchard Singapore. YZ and her team of staff members were attentive, friendly, and genuinely caring. They made us feel valued as guests, ensuring that every request was promptly met and every need was catered to. The personalized attention we received truly made us feel like VIPs. Both the breakfast and the club lounge refreshments were of outstanding quality. The breakfast spread was varied, offering a wide range of delicious options to suit every palate. We particularly enjoyed the club lounge's exclusivity, where we could unwind in a tranquil atmosphere while indulging in delectable treats and refreshing beverages. Just being picky but the lifts' decorations look a little aged. Other than that, the hotel did an awesome job in the creating a comfortable ambience for its guests.

Fabulous location very near Orchard MTR station. Room was large and comfortable but insufficient drawer space for clothes. The restaurant and bar had extensive menus and while steaks are very expensive there are more reasonably priced alternatives. The front desk service was excellent. Catering for the conference I attended there was very good.

The food took a long time to prepare in the Grill restaurant.

the hotel is super clean, close to lots of restaurants and shops. the staff is phenomenal as well. Push was particularly very attentive and super helpful, he had a very professional and positive attitude with a super friendly energy.

everything was to our liking

The location is excellent. MRT is nearby, ION Orchard and all other big malls are at walking distance. Don't miss evening walk outside the hotel.

Breakfast variety was great, although coffee grind/quality was not great. Chef’s and wait staff were very friendly and seemed well trained and customer/service focused. A very pleasant change compared recent visits to Singapore - I usually stay a minimum of 12 days a month, at various hotels nearby. The location remains a real benefit and I will be happy to return but bathrooms are dated and rooms with bathtub/shower are to small/narrow and not good value.

Rooms with walk-in showers are to expensive compared to normal rooms with dated bathtub/shower combination, but always preferred, so for me a disappointment. I was also needing to book extra nights, but was told it can only be done online? If hotel is genuinely supportive of its Ambassadors/Platinum guests and needing them to book directly with hotel, then why make it difficult to book rooms. Also promoting Ambassador benefits but the hotel having different benefits not aligned/compared to what’s advertised, then this should be clear upfront. Guaranteed room upgrades, late check out at 04:00pm etc are not aligned with this hotels commitments. Also, as s frequent Traveller, I appreciate facilities/hotels that are honest about what’s happening at the hotel. I was travelling for business and online for many hours only to be frustrated with the endless use of hammer drills coming from lower floor/s
