Everything! The room size, the room view, the room decor were all superb. Breakfast was incredible and the service was superb.

There was a lot of knocking on the door in the mornings to see if we had gone out and they could clean or fill up mini bar etc. perhaps a ‘do not disturb’ sign may be a good idea !

Some of the rooms needs maintenance. Our toilet seat was broken. The mattress was very soft so we had sore backs.

the tv didn't work, room was very noisy , got twins beds after i booked king size bed, the phone in room also didn't work to order room service. definitely not worth the price.

Great location and the restaurant, Ginja, was excellent. Staff universally helpful and friendly - especially the gentleman who succeeded in making a dinner reservation for me at the Harbour House. The garden and pool at the sister hotel, the Dockhouse, really are only a stone’s throw away and beautifully peaceful.

I found the room decor very dark and heavy: deep red chairs, dark brown curtains, dark brown faux-leather headboard, black furniture…. I would love to see the light and blues of the location reflected in the colour scheme. Or maybe it’s meant to look like a Victorian gentlemen’s club.
