Buenos Aires siempre atractivo y el hotel muy recomendable

Desayuno variado, personal muy amable. Amplias dependencias, muy buen servicio de atención de habitación y conserjería. Excelente ubicación

Disfuncional habitación con dos camas y ausencia de camas King. Piscina temperada con agua que no cumple con temperatura esperada. Viernes 12 de abril tina de baño sin agua caliente en habitación 605. Falta de instructivo para manejar el aire acondicionado.

Convenient location in Buenos Aires

We were able to get early check-in. On check-in, we were offered a room on a higher floor at a cost 50% more than the price we booked, so we declined that. This resulted in taking a room on the 1st floor, which was noisy. (See what we didn't like...) We agreed that the early check-in was not a bad trade-off for hearing the noise from outside. The room was comfortable and very spacious.

On one of the two nights of our stay, we found there to be lot of noise from the pedestrian walkway beside the hotel, below where our room was situated. The location of the hotel was good, but I wouldn't recommend a 1st floor room, if you can avoid it.

入住最后一句话告诉我停水！因为飞机延误半夜一点才入住没得选只好入住，没法洗手洗澡喝茶……EMAIL事先通知我会更好。过敏体质，地毯不适合我。设施有点老。

Excellent staff, lovely location but you need more flexibility in customer service

We were leaving early so had no time to truly enjoy what looked like an excellent breakfast experience

Staying on the 8th floor. You r not a cheap hotel so asking to pay another 70 dollars to sit in the executive lounge was not impressive. We just waited for our friends who are Hilton members to finish their snack then left and spent our money elsewhere

Excelente ubicación

Excelente desayuno. Personal muy amable, tanto en recepción como en consigna. Piscina pequeña pero correcta. buen gimnasio con vistas a la piscina. Habitación cómoda, con sofá y mesa. Muy buena ubicación, en Puerto madero, a un paso de la casa rosada y centro.

La temperatura de las zonas comunes, especialmente recepción, demasiado baja, hacía frío, no era agradable.

Concierge Leon ist super Super Lage beim Hafen hier ist was los Super Security gutes Publikum absolut sicher gefühlt - Rezeption hat unsere Flighttickets ausgedruckt und auch sehr freundlich und das schon morgens um 7 Pool warm und super gepflegt mit Baywatch

Info das wir als Executive Gäste bis Zimmer fertig in der Executive Lounge warten können wäre hilfreich gewesen - haben selbst nachgefragt und ging auch OK

Beautiful lobby area. Welcoming and nice staff, fast service. Spacious room.

Everything else. Food from the room service was awful. Worst burger I’ve ever had. No bath robes and no toiletries for personal use. You have to call and ask for everything. Expected better experience from this chain and a five star hotel in general.

The attitude of charging the guests for the stay and only disclosing the hotel issues later is depicable.

I arrived to the front desk early during the morning after a long flight, they book me in and charge the pre authorization to my credit card , only to let me know that the hotel had a water issue and there was no water in any of the rooms.

Quality hotel offering in the modern Porto Madero area, especially situated for business travellers.

The rooms are getting a little dated, but they are very spacious, and have amazingly comfortable beds. The rooms are also nice and quiet. The Executive level was generally pretty good with friendly staff and good food options. The lobby bar is nice and in an ambient setting, with attentive staff and good food and beverage options.

The bottled water in both the Executive Lounge and the rooms was in limited supply, and was 'well protected' in a somewhat greedy fashion. We asked for an additional bottle before they came to make up the room and was told we had to dial '0' for this when they were on the trolley right in front of us.

Café da manhã maravilhoso, apesar de não variar muito ao longo dos dias. quarto amplo para uma família. Roupa de cama e limpeza impecáveis. Equipe cordial. Restaurante do hotel excelente e serviço de quarto 24h rápido e efeciente.

Atendimento do concierge que não nos ajudou em algumas solicitações de reserva, mas não comprometeu a estadia. Restaurante para o cafe da manhã muito cheio em determinados horário com fila de espera. Poucas comodidades no banheiro que outros hoteis oferecem (ex: kit higiene)

Excellent staff service. Ability to access room before noon. Executive lounge worth the extra charge

After a long overnight flight, it was nice to be able to check in before noon. The check in was most efficient. I would highly recommend purchasing the executive option that allows access to the executive lounge where the evening appetizers were more than enough to count as an evening meal. Check out was more than efficient. A hotel pre-booked limousine transfer to the cruise port was excellent.

Prices in the hotel restaurant were high. Nearby restaurants required a long walk, at least for senior citizens.

Great stay in a cool neighborhood

Great customer service, Guido the bellboy was extremely nice and kind. Alex at the front desk was also very nice. The concierges were amazing helping us getting reservations.

Breakfast buffet was not as exceptional in its offer but actually expensive for what it includes.
