Disappointing.

Some staff are helpfull and freindly but most don't. Location is close to any downtown and shopping mall, night market.

Room is kind of tiny, Hotel provided only one key which is to activate electricity when I enter the room and as I exit the room then the key is removed ; no power. Room turned out extremely hot and took hours to cool up the room as I returned. I requested a second key for my wife but the hotel refused. Staff are not willing to help out if I ask questions about how to get along in the city or use Bus, MRT...

Alles bestens ich komme gerne wieder.

Die Aussicht war toll. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man hat alle Fragen gerne beantwortet und hat flexibel auf neue Situationen oder Anliegen reagiert. Ich komme gerne wieder 😊

Die Ausstattung war etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber ansonsten ganz gut in Schuss. Das Bett in der Sweet 2001 war etwas unbequem und durchgelegen und sollte mal erneuert werden.

Würden wir wieder buchen und das gesparte Geld für höherwertige Unterkünfte auf den Märkten ausgeben

die Lage ist super, nur 5 min von den escalators entfernt, oberhalb des top ausgeh-Viertels Soho, es wird ein ungefähr stündlicher Shuttlebus von/nach Central angeboten (was Gold wert ist, wenn die escalators gerade wg Uhrzeit anders rum fahren), der frei zugängliche Zoo ist direkt um die Ecke, der Pool über den Dächern ist groß und großartig und die Sicht auf die Skyline- unbedingt ein Zimmer weg von der Straße nehmen, grandios. Öffentliche Busse halten direkt vor der Haustür und ES IST BEZAHLBAR. Deshalb haben wir all die Nachteile gerne in Kauf genommen.

Das Hotel ist definitiv in die Jahre gekommen. Durch die Zimmertüren hört man alles, die Betten sind hart, die Klimaanlage funktioniert nur, wenn der Schlüssel steckt, das Frühstück hat minimale Varianz.

I like it. It’s small but Warm, and everything includes.

The key, very old school. The TV, let me explore local tvs. The two Bible books, it surprised me.

The shoes, it could be better if there were slippers that I can take it to shower.

Érdekes, szokatlan, minha kirakatban laknánk, alapvetően megfelelő pár napra.

A szálloda elhelyezkedése ideális, nagyon jól megközelíthető, városnézéshez kiváló kiindulási pont. A tömegközlekedés jól szervezett, gyorsan el lehetett jutni bárhová, olcsó. Nagyon jó megoldás az OKTOPUS kártya alkalmazása. A mozgólépcső/járda a szálloda közelében nagyon megkönnyítette a központba való lejutást, illetve onnan vissza a szállodába. Nagy segítség volt a szálloda kisbusza, amikor a bőröndökkel be illetve kiköltöztünk. Ez ingyenes volt, és a szálloda és a repülőtérre menő expressz végállomása között közlekedett. Nagyon kedvesen táblával várt minket amikor megérkeztünk, nem kellett keresgélnünk. Az ágynemű, törölközők, a szoba és a fürdőszoba tisztasága kifogástalan volt. A személyzet kedves és segítőkész volt.

A reggeli mind választékában, mind mennyiségében gyenge közepes. A szoba nagyon pici volt két ember részére, a csomagokat nem volt hová elhelyezni, a bőröndöket csak az ágyra feltéve tudtuk kinyitni. A szobában légkondicionáló működött, de ablakot egyáltalán nem lehetett nyitni, így szellőztetni, friss levegőt beengedni sem lehetett. Az étteremben, ahol a reggeli felszolgálták nagyon hideg volt.

It was an ok stay and staff were helpful.

I liked the breakfast and the view from the rooftop garden. Clean hotel and easy enough to get to.

The pool was closed my entire stay, the room was so small you could barely walk around the bed and when i checked in, concierge took my suitcase from me but then never delivered it to my room. Also no bar or anywhere to relax in public areas. The pool is advertised as a 'rooftop pool' but it is only on the first floor, not the roof of the hotel which i felt was misleading information.

性價比高的優質住宿

單人而言住宿空間寬闊，櫃台服務人員友善專業，設備不算太老舊，房間整潔。位處港島半山，車流量不大，因此晚上相當安靜，能夠享有出色的睡眠品質。加上入住當天感覺沒住滿人，同層也相當安靜，屬性價比極高的優質住宿。

雖然地址位處港島，但在半山上交通並不算方便，前往各處都要再加上約30分鐘左右的交通時間。如果想要省錢的話需要算準時間搭乘接駁車，不然還是直接計程車還比較方便。不過住宿費用再額外加上中環／金鐘來回計程車費，價錢還是低於大多港島區住宿。

The room was ok for the money we paid. Loved the location. Really would have liked a little bigger .

Loved the location. The breakfast was average.

Room was too small. Could hardly walk between the end of the bed and wall which had a small desk and chair. Bathroom was fine though.

Great hotel in mid levels close to the escalators

We booked a standard room but were upgraded to a suite overlooking the harbour which was amazing. The suite room is spacious and comfortable with everything we wanted and the staff very friendly. The location is great just off the mid levels escalator. This is our 2nd stay here which is a huge recommendation in itself.

Pillows were either rock hard or so soft to not be of any use. The staff did try to help out but they can only work with what they have available. Only complaint though

Gut und sauber

Durch die Hotel Lage am Berg und da wir das Deluxe Suite gebucht haben, haben wir wirklich grandiose Aussicht gehabt. Ins Zentrum sind es paar Minuten, es gibt eine Kette von Rolltreppen die morgens bis ca. 10:00 nach unten fahren und dann bis in die Nacht nach oben, ist vollkommen easy und schnell. Das Hotel an sich ist schon etwa in die Jahre gekommen aber in guten Zustand und sehr sauber. Personal sehr freundlich. Die von uns gebuchte Suite war groß und sauber.

Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre genomem aber in guten Zustand und sauber, daher nicht wirklich was zu beanstanden.

An overall good value, essentially clean, very well located and attentive staff. Needs updating.

It is very well located. The staff is very helpful and overall it is pretty clean but it is also quite worn. I came to understand it is kinda legendary among frequent travelers to Hong Kong and seems to be a common base that many know. I was accommodated when I needed to change rooms by a quite attentive front desk attendant. She was very helpful. It certainly is worth the value it provides but could use a long overdue updating.

Too worn, economy rooms are very small.

Bishop Lei has been my choice of stay since early 2000’s. It is comfortable and worth your money!

Bishop Lei’s location overlooks the city and harbour. shuttle bus is available and free. Comfortable and worth the money

Excellent value in convenient location.

Efficiently designed small suite. Excellent staff. Close to Mid-Levels escalator. Good bus routes. Excellent value.

Generally, the stay was very good.

The location is convenient. However, needs to visit Central for many requirements. Generally the stay was good.

Не было горячей воды 3 из 4 дней. И это в номере люкс. Уборщица постоянно будила нас, то в 5 утра начнет уборку пылесос

Единственный плюс это две комнаты и неплохой вид. Остальное оставляет желать лучшего. Спасибо за бесплатную воду.

Назойливая и беспардонная уборщица, номер старомодный, с запахом старости, не было горячей воды.

Perfect for a night’s stay in the city!

Good value, clean, an easy stay

Good location for midlevels and soho, great staff, clean and good value for money. Bus stop right outside and they have a shuttle bus to the airport express train.

Vue magnifique sur la ville, chambre confortable, bon emplacement

L'emplacement est parfait, les baies vitrées dans la chambre et dans le salon, le panorama sur la ville est magnifique. Tout ce qu'il faut, il y est.

L'odeur fort des cigarettes dans la chambre.

Reasonable price with great view of HK skyline

The service is good, staff are nice and helpful. Also the location is near soho area,there are many restaurants. The room has a great view of the HK's skyline. Reasonable price in the mid level area with great view. Quite neighborhood.

The hygiene can be improved.The toilet found hair near sink when first checkin. Room size is small even in suite.

The hotel urgently needs renovation. Remove carpet from all rooms which only entraps dirt. Renovate bathrooms...just too old!
