Gutes Hotel als Zwischenstop. Man hat alles was man braucht. Dir Zimmer sind ausreichend gross und mit schönem Ausblick auf den See (wenn man diese Kategorie wählt). Die Zimmer sind comfortabel eingerichtet und auch das Bad ausreichend gross und alles ist sehr sauber. Das Personal an der Rezeption war exzellent. Das Personal an der Bar war gut, könnte jedoch aufmerksamer sein. Die Getränke waren gut. Das Essen haben wir nicht ausprobiert.

Es ist relativ weit weg von der Altstadt gelegen, dafür aber nah an der Pagode zum See und zum HoChi Minh Mausoleum. Wenn man viel zu Fuss entdecken möchte ist das Hotel nicht so gut geeignet.

Hotel is lovely, staff are helpful, friendly and super polite. We had the pool and gym pretty much to ourselves. The facilities are fantastic, biggest gym in a hotel we have ever seen, sauna was great to relax in before a long haul flight. Other room service food was fine and the rooftop bar was fantastic!

The food. Don't get the pancakes they are inedible we sent them back. Admittedly we were ordering al-la-carte after breakfast had closed but I would say these had been made at 7am and left in a warming drawer. Other room service food was fine and the rooftop bar was fantastic so not really a big deal :)

Food was average, and the facility looked dated. Front office staff is not empowered and took time to resolve a simple issue.

Hotel is great but the location is not very good. Far away from everything.

The hotel is really old and not furnished. Some of the fixtures like connecting door knob is broken. Minimally, we should at least have the shower head hang at a higher level instead of having to hold the shower head while bathing.
