Very nice location with a nice garden/balcony. Quiet, nice and big rooms. Additionally, the breakfast was very good. Would go back there.

Food ok preety average Room & hotel old but quaint.

Whole place needs upgrading to the modern day but they not doing because making new hotel next door Fix the one you have 1st ugh😰

We have stayed here twice before, and love this hotel. The staff are lovely, the rooms have very nice decor, and the restaurant serves delicious meals. We enjoyed having breakfast in the garden, so relaxing! We did have dinner there also.

Great location, very nice breakfast offering, really serene grounds. Clean rooms in a heritage property.

The kettle did not work in the outlet it was plugged into- I changed the outlet and tripped a switch. I would think some of the electrics could be updated. I did eat in the on site restaurant and thought it was of a middling quality even if good value.

Really like and comfy

A very good property in the heart of the city. Value for money deal. The rooms are nice n clean. Comfy beds. Neat bathrooms n hot water everywhere every time. Breakfast is good. The only thing is that you get only eggs in non veg option. But I loved this property for our one night stay.

This is a heritage property so you get a nice classical India feel but so many things are well thought out for the tourist. There is free purified water available, lunch/dinner breakfast is available and while there are limited selections it is all home made and well prepared. Just don't expect USA pancakes. The gift shop on premises was very good and we thought the shop owner's selections were excellent and we did a lot of shopping right at the hotel. The grounds are so well kept and the staff work hard to keep it all very clean in dusty city. Good excursion booking desk.

Not their fault, but the city is noisy and stressful. They have a 24hr posted guard so the property is secure and you are never hassled. The directions on how to find the hotel are difficult and not all maps would find it easily.

We Had to leave early on two days for which they have us a packed meal which I liked.

Everything was good. Although there was no non veg options the veg food was quite satisfying.

The garden is its’ greatest asset, creating a safe space outdoors to relax and eat dinner/breakfast. The restaurant is good too. You are welcomed and hosted with the hospitality of a long established hotel

It is an older building and therefore the rooms may be a bit older. The massage I ordered was 25 min delayed and 20 min shortened.

Ambience of the hotel was the best for a small family getaway

Good choice of food items covering international dishes. Room was spacious, was upgraded, and beds extremely comfortable. Front Desk suggested a number of ideas to get to know the city better. Hotel team very engaging and willing to help out.

This hotel was a haven from the busy streets. There is something so welcoming and lovely about this place that I didn't want to leave. The staff are amazing and can't do enough fo help you from booking train tickets to helping with a transfer. The food is delicious and there is no better way to end the day than sitting outside enjoying the lawn.

Nothing, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely return and recommend.
