The overall experience was okay

The breakfast service at the "Table 101" (Our stay package included breakfast) - On the first day during breakfast - had spoken to the attending staff about our work visit to Hazira. They mentioned that if required they could pack a sandwich to carry along (since breakfast was included in our package). 2nd Day breakfast - Noted that the floor manager was most of the time on cell phone - there was no attendance on the table for any live counter order or a courtesy tea / coffee order. Spoke to the floor manager prior leaving & conveyed my feedback to which he was very apologetic. 3rd day breakfast - After we were seated (there is no person to meet or guide us for seating) - i requested the attending person (Ravi) that for my travel if he could pack a paratha (available at the breakfast buffet). He did make a parcel and when i was leaving Mr. Abhiskek handed me a bill to sign for the paratha. I mentioned that on the previous 2 days the floor manager mentioned to me that they could assist with a sandwich / paratha for travel and why was i being charged? he mentioned that they cannot provide the paratha for travel without charge. This was contrary to what i was told by the previous day manager (his name starts with G - its maybe Gavin) - and i refused to take the parcel as it was demeaning and insulting. To put it in perspective the senior management at Table 101 has no direction or leadership ability and they leave the decision making on perception of the attending duty officer which has no regard to service or esteem of the client.

Everything was great. Sambhar and chutneys were way too spicy for me.

Light switches in the room, Usb charge and power point locations need to be upgraded. Mild options for spicy food and better quality (sweeter) fruits!
