Ontbijt was heel goed, me meer lokaal/ warm eten maar okfruit. De kaas was minder. De service was erg goed.

Excellent , Enjoyable Stay at President - IHCL SeleQtions Mumbai

Upon Arrival the front desk staff were pleasant and so welcoming serving us welcoming cold drinks . A Big thanks to Mr Priyanshu who upgraded our room to premium one at no extra costs and gave us a late checkout. A fantastic room seafacing view from the 14th Floor. This Hotel is centrally situated , easy accessible close to Colaba Causeway Shopping Paradise , India Gate and The Taj Palace Hotel. The daily buffet breakfast was fantastic , with a very excellent selection of dishes .The waiters in the restaurant were great always helpful and serving us with a smile. We would like to commend and send our special thanks to the front desk and reception staff., Mr Priayanshu , Miss Prapti,, Miss Almaya , Miss Sumaira, Miss Dipti, Mr Yash , Ms Shaiza, Mr Mantha and Mr Soham , you all have made our stay a memorable and enjoyable one and very helpful. Not forgetting the Porters, security Staff and the lifesaver at the pool . Mr Sanjeev. Thank you.

The current construction work in front of the Hotel , which spoils the complete appearance of the hotel.

I would select this hotel for my future visits.

Service is very good. Friendly staff for everyday service, but there is completely no reaction to complaints and when something goes wrong.

All our group got food poisoning in the Tratoria restaurant. During our stay we ate nowhere but in hotel restaurant. After our complaint at reception on this there was completely no reaction from the staff on this issue. Be careful!

I do a weekend staycation often here. But I doubt I would stay here again. Not value for money at all.

The food

Check in was very slow. I asked for a newer room. Changed three rooms yet they were not upto standard. It’s not the first time I am staying and I know there are some floors with better rooms. All I was told at check in was that I booked a basic room. I paid more to upgrade but the room was as bad . How would I know what the rooms look like in each category since pictures do not show up category wise. They all look fine online.

Nice Hotel

Breakfast was very good with a variety of items to chose from. Room was nice though a bit cold for me even without the AC. Location was quiet and peacefull though the surrounding area does not have malls. Beautiful views from my room in the morning only.

Accessibility due to the ongoing renovations. Cleanliness in the neighborhood.

everything. breakfast was superb. staff were excellent. very accomodating, very understanding, very helpful. this is one of the best hotels to stay in Mumbai. even arranged for a doctor when we got sick, and offered to send meds to the room. out of courtesy, they sent us vitamin juices and rehidrate.

Really enjoying it, excellent hospitality.

Breakfast and high tea excellent. Staff serving in restaurant, at front desk, in laundry/room service/housekeeping all very cheerful and very competent and helpful.

Size of room could be bigger. Current one can feel a bit cluttered. New coffee mugs in room are smaller than older stock. Getting laundry done in hotel can be quite expensive.

I have always believed that Taj stays committed to it's name by making sure that guests comfort is at top priority,unfortunately this was my assumption! We stayed at Taj president ,just checked in late at night after a hectic day to have a peaceful stay and good sleep.They have mentioned that there is maintenance work going on for upgrading the hotel and we truely understand and respect that,but the kind of discomfort it gave us was unimaginable!High pitched drill machine sound for continuous 4 hours! We couldn't sleep a blink after 9 am and left the hotel to find peace outside.i request hotels like this to stand up to their standards and rooms which are in the extremely close proximity of drilling work should not be given to the guests at all! We don't spend a hell lot of money to get a headache in return!Extremely disappointed with my stay n would expect this to be taken up on a serious note!

Below Average Experience.

Old rooms with extremely poor beds and cleanliness not upto Taj Standards .

Old and dilapidated rooms , smelly corridors. Check in time was 2 pm but room was allocated at 3.45 pm . Inspite of room keys being handover , found on reaching room that housekeeping had just started cleaning the room at 3.45 pm !!! Rooms are extremely small compared to Trident.

It was clean, and food was awesome. Location is safe. + stuff at entry door and breakfast lounge, such a lovely, smiling ppl ! + Kokan kafe restaurant is amazing !!!! Better than most of recommended restaurants in Mumbai ! + very quick laundry

I had to chance my room 3 times. First smoking room which I was demanding, but it was smelling too bad even tho I didn’t smoke. Than i switched the room. From Second to third room due to renovation noise I had to. They were very quick to help me switching rooms but I ve never understood why they just didn’t switch my room at the beginning to a calm room instead of noisy one. Also, even tho I stayed 6 nights, during that time of the period they were not able to figure out the problem related to my loyalty card. I am not sure if this hotel should be on taj circle.
