Excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, and exceptional cleanliness. I will return to this hotel for sure. Family room was a very good size

Very clean, very very comfortable, very nice hotel with nice view from the rooftop. Plus tasty food

Our waiter was not so professional for a 4 star restaurants hotel. He forgot my drink at first, he brought only my fiancé’s drink and after he took our forks when we finished appetisers he didn’t bring other ones (we took them from another table) and also we waited an hour for the food… but it was very good food. The pool at the spa I was expected to be bigger but it was nice and we didn’t expect to have to pay extra for the parking at the hotel.

Nous avons réservé notre séjour pour seulement une nuit pour moi ma Femme et 2 enfants en bas âges avec réservation du parking à l’arriver première mauvaise nouvel on m’annonce que le parking et complet alors que j’ai réserver donc je ne peut garer ma voiture à l’hôtel ensuite le réceptionniste me dit y’a un parking en face ça appartient à l’autre hôtel aller i demander leur il vous dirons oui donc ji vais la il me dit non on laisse pas les personne de l’hôtel d’en face ce garer donc par moi même Je fait un peut le tour je trouve un parking 50€ pour la fin de journée et la nuit ensuite je devais avoir une chambre familial on nous met au 9ème etage une chambre sans fenêtre sur l’extérieur mais on lis tôt une fenêtre donnant vu sur la fenêtre d’en face a 3 mettre ou juste en bas ce tenais le spa et tous les tuyeau d’évacuation de ce spa donc une odeur de clore et une chaleur intenable surtout pour les 2 enfants 2 et 5 ans donc je décide fermer la fenêtre et mettre la Clim Et la pas de Clim je descend à la réception je dit la Clim marche pas il me répondent on Envois quelqun donc je décide de partir promener et les laisser regarder le problème de Clim je rentre à 21h avec les enfants fatiguer une chaleur toujours impossible dans la chambre je redescend on me ci ça marche avant il fesait 29 mnt il fait 24 dégrée la je commence a m’énerver et demande a changer de chambre on me répond le baratin yen a pas etc je remonte je vais pour me laver moi et les enfants impossible De ce laver un coup l’eau coule un cou elle s’arrête 15 mn Pour arriver à ce laver la nuit horrible la Literie ne correspond pas à un hôtel 4 étoiles les chambre pas isoler phoniquement on Entend tout plus le bruit des gaine extérieur la Clim qui fesait un boucan pas posible bref impossible de dormir avec ce bruit et cette chaleur un conseil et on et que au mois de février j’imagine ps l’été un conseil ne mettais jamais les pieds la bas Hôtel lamentale et les personne à la réceptions encore pire la seul...

The location was close restaurants and bars

The wall paper in our room was slightly damaged. A lot of noise coming from upstairs assuming it’s from the people staying in that room. One of the attendants at the check in was not friendly and quite rude

I found the staff excellent. Particularly the man taking care of the cafe… so pleasant and friendly.

My only feedback would be that the spa needed some maintenance. I found the pool a little cold (but that’s subjective).

La struttura è localizzata in una posizione tattica, a pochi metri da diverse fermate della metro. È possibile raggiungere senza alcun problema tutte le principali attrazioni della città. La struttura è molto elegante, pulita, confortevole, ricercata. Molto bella la spa compresa nel soggiorno, l’enorme hall con bevande dissetanti offerte, ma sopratutto personale italiano disposto ad aiutarti.

Chambre familiale spacieuse, Petit déjeuner copieux et bonne localisation ! Et personnel très agréable !

Les photos n avais rien avoir avec la réalité spa aucune intimité rien pour se détendre trop de monde hôtel vieux pas du tout moderne pour le prix on peux trouver largement mieux et au niveau de la sonorisation, on entend tout parking et en supplément

Neighbouring rooms were noisy. What was worse was that on a Sunday morning the cleaners continually slammed the door in the adjoining room from 9am onwards. So much for a Sunday morning sleep-in. On a first night, the cleaners didn’t even clean our room. No notice from reception or from the cleaners that we needed to call them to have our room cleaned until after we left room.

The location was great, close to the metro. The room was clean and spacious, with an amazing view to the Sagrada Famillia. The food at the restaurant was delicious.

Everything was excellent, except the noise from the elevator we could hear in our room. It was especially annoying late in the evening at sleep time.

This hotel has definitely seen better days, it’s a joke that it calls itself 4 star. The smell of drains in the bathroom is horrific. Made for a very unpalatable stay. It wasn’t only our room, our friends had the same problem. The bathroom was also filthy, the floor of the shower was black with grime. The room was boiling hot and even with aircon on wouldn’t cool down. The room faves onto a weird courtyard overlooking the pool which you can hear all the noise from. You can see directly into the rooms opposite which is just weird. The rooftop wasn’t open while we were there. The sauna is a joke. Wouldn’t recommend staying here if you have standards.

Beliggenhed var langt væk. Personalet var meget uhøflig og vi blev råbt af. Vi blevet snydt for cirka 100 euro selv om jeg kunne dokumentere jeg havde betalt så fik jeg afvide de kunne tilkalde politiet. Billederne lyver de portræer at der er udendørs terrasse som ikke er blevet bygget endnu.

Very clean and pleasant staff

Air con did not go below 19 degrees and with no outside window was too hot and couldn’t sleep.Was given fan for next night and moved room which was much better.

Breakfast was not so bad.

1. Strange smells in a lobby. Fish or pees. 2. When the cleaners were cleaning the room: 1. They left the door open and the elevator in the hotel is not secured by key (you don’t need to four the card in it to go) so anyone from the street can come to you room. 2. They forgot to give us all the towels. 3. Not sure how they clean as we found someone’s hair on the floor in the bathroom. 3. Beds are super uncomfortable, small. I am 170 cm and the bed was short. It was short but wide, what is weird. As you feet flying while you sleep. Also the bedding was dirty (some black spots) and they were poorly connected to the bed, as it was always a mess. Not comfortable. 4. Night clubs was right under the windows. Noisy people partying. 5. We were sent to the first room with super small ceiling. As it has a bulk above. We asked to change it. So you have small and ceiling and short bad. Hopefully they change it. 6. Also our room was facing another hotel, so we need to keep the curtains always closed. 7. Also hotel itself is old and you will see some scratched furniture. 8. SPA: was tiny, finish sauna was smelly. The second one Hamam. In the swimming pool you need to wear a hat… plus 4 showers that were there cold! So you can imagine not hot smelly sauna + 4 cold showers so you cannot wash yourself.

Fantastic hotel - good location close to metro and if able a nice walk to beach or Segrada Família. Lovely rooftop bar and restaurant. Rooms good size and staff friendly. I would stay here again when back in BCN.

On booking was hotel with wellnes,but we got just one hour for day,this i formation wasn’t on discription and children under 16year can to wellnes only from 9-13:00. For us unaccetable,because we want go to the wellnes after trip. If we know this i formation, we never book this hotel.

Everything was really good, amazing breakfast, nice spa and very clean room. Also, the hotel is near a metro and a bus station which is a big plus.

Relatively close to the beach. The spa was quite nice, though very small and crowded.

The walls of the rooms are paper thin, I could hear a couple fighting next door the entire night. The room ventilation only works on cold, it was way unpleasant the room temperature even with an extra blanket.

Thr fact our room.was right next door to the cleaning room/workers office. Got woken up both mornings pre 8am. We could hear them on thr phone and there conversations. I ordered carva and fruits and Petals on the bed for our arrival. Only Petals was provided untill I rang reception and they was brought up few hours later.

Outside the hotel, the area didn't look to safe to walk in the evening. Very thin walls, we could hear the people next door walking and talking
