Amazing as always couldn’t ask for anything else

It’s nice and clean location is great and it’s not a tall building . The staff is exceptional super friendly. Everyone seams to go the extra mile for you. The food is amazing and so much variety. Entertainment is non stop and always different It’s fantastic it’s the 2nd time we been and it’s definitely going to be our forever hotel In Benidorm. Wouldn’t want to go elsewhere

A bit disappointing compared to our stay in May

Dissatisfied

Rooms were fine,but sadly the hotel really only caters for familys and people who wish to stay up untill midnight ! So no peace at all for relaxing at the pool,as childrens entertainment and games and loud music all day untill 7.00.The inside bar is completely dull and empty with no atmosphere, and evening entertainment for children begins at 9pm outside,followed by normal shows/bingo very load quizzes and music all in court yard/pool area under bedrooms......which goes on every night till 12 !! Terrible holiday as nothing for average people away for relaxing break.

Staff uninterested,general feeling that Spanish are more welcome,and many did not speak any English, all in all a let down and we wouldn't wish to return.Very little sleep as noise never stopped..

Nice Hotel

Large, clean,quiet room. Friendly staff allowing us to check in at 3:30am! and providing sandwiches,salad coffee and ice cream!.

20 min walk to beach.

Great hotel, room, food and facilities. All you need for a great holiday!

This is a great hotel. Fantastic choice of food. We stayed half board. Great facilities. Nice pool area with a bar and outdoor games areas. Room was very clean and spacious and were serviced every day. Beds made and clean towels supplied. Would highly recommend.

There was nothing at all I could fault about this hotel.

Really enjoyable … a blend of v

The staff are friendly, professional and helpful. We. Have stayed here before and the level,of care and service is consistently high.yet another fab stay at this lovely, well placed hotel . Local entertainment was good, meaning there was no need to go in to the more hectic part o pf the resort. It’s opposite the Benidorm palace …. We will be going back next year for sure when we go to see tribute bands at the Palace. Love this hotel.

We didn’t like the pillows, or the breakfast bacon. I would have liked the option to have a Sauvignon blanc wine, rather than the only 1 dry white wine on offer.

really lovely hotel, brilliant staff, good value for money, would definitely stay here again.

very very clean, staff were all lovely and friendly. our flight was delayed and we arrived very late (1.30am), despite the fact there was only 3 of us arriving they made sure we got food and drink (we were staying half board)

a little far away from the main strip, so for a girls holiday we would’ve liked to have been a bit closer.

Nice hotel in a quiet location

The room was a good size and the bathroom was great with a large bath and shower with plenty of hot water and high pressure. A nice balcony and comfy beds. The secure underground parking was great and cost €10 a day which was reasonable. There is a nice large pool with plenty of sunbeds and a bar area.

We asked for a quiet room and was given a room above the entertainment stage area which was extremely loud every night! The food was a little bland. Not much choice for vegetarians. There wasn't enough sun parasols for shade and people tended to put towels on beds to reserve them! There was no kettle in the room.

was dissapointed with our stay.

breakfast was okay and location was good

dinner was very dissapointing often luke warm. We had no air con the first day and evening , maintenance came out at midnight to re set the main board , however this had to be re set every evening as there was a fault . On our last night we could not even have a shower as we had no power and again maintenance had to be called but we had to go out .

I’m Gluten Free and they’re wasn’t much for me to eat so I don’t think the food was value for money for me.

Average hotel, need to work more for outstanding

very close to Aqualand. Cleaning the rooms daily, in my view housekeeping department is a big pro of this hotel. Safe parking space (which need to pay for). British pubs and supermarkets very close.

Location is far from city center and beach. I stay there 7 days and food became boring after 2 days. Drinks a bit expensive comparing with Spain and not many options to chose. Evening entertainment 3 days nice after that 4 days boring.

Spotless and facilities and pool bar were great and the pool bar had really friendly staff

Not very pleasant staff in the restaurant, especially at the desk , quite rude . Breakfast finishes at EXACTLY 10.30 , no room for manoeuvre, we walked in at 10.30 on the dot and were refused service

Great staff, superb view, disappointing quality of food. I would give the hotel 2 stars, not 4

- Staff was amazing! Very polite, super helpful and always smiling. - The view from our room was magnificent. - Room was clean and spacious - Kids animation team were very entertaining

- Very poor quality of room equipment. You can see the table and chairs on the balcony. - Very poor quality of all bathroom amenities. You can see in the pictures - The room was very noisy. - The beds were very uncomfortable. - Food quality was a lot bellow average for Spain. The first day the rice and potatoes were raw and the meat was undercooked.
