Nice, but don’t stay if you don’t want an early wake up call

It was so clean and you felt special

The cleaner knocking at 8am and when we had do not disturb they clearly did next door and banged everything they could!

Fairly Pleasant, A Little Surprised

スタッフの方達の親切な対応やWest Endに歩いて行けるとても便利なロケーション。朝食もバラエティに富んでいて美味しかったです。

部屋のワードローブがバスルームの一角にあったことや、部屋の床が場所によっては平らになっていなかったのには少々驚きました。また冷蔵庫に（初めは電源が入っておらず）ミニバー等､何も入っていなかったのは残念でした。

باختصار فندق اكرره مرة ثانيه

موقعه بجانب المطاعم والأماكن المعروفه

اول يوم كانت اقامتي في غرفه من الواضح انها قديمه ومستهلكه وخزانة الملابس كانت داخل الحمام! ومقابل المصعد فكان ازعاج.. وبعدها طلبنا غرفه بخزانه خارج الحمام وبعيده عن المصاعد واوسع وتم تغييرها لغرفه اعجبتنا جداً جداً

Location near the cente

-hotel doesn’t have a parking so you can’t drop your luggage busy area. - The hotel asked high deposit 125 GBP/ night per room ?? And cash not accepted. - Duty manager (Riham) not helpful unprofessional behavior with the guest , giving you a bad impression about the hotel. - standard room not worth the rate we paid. - noisy hotel you can hear the people in the room beside you . - smelly room we asked to clean the bathroom again.

Aweful.

I am writing as I woke up on construction noise near the building. I waited 10 minutes upon check-in under the excuse that the manager was allocating a room for me. Obviously, the manager was making sure my room faces the construction noise. When I complained, I called reception and the receptionist hung up the phone on me twice. The lights also do not shut off. I contacted reception about that too and they promised to send someone to fix that but no one showed up. Noway you pay GBP 600 for an experience like this.

The receptions and managers are dishonest. Their room facing construction are not usable.

La ubicación y el personal amable de la recepción.

Nos hemos alojado en el hotel 2 noches. A la llegada cuando fuimos a hacer el check in había un problema con los ordenadores así que nos dijeron que teníamos que esperar 45min mientras reiniciaba el sistema. Cuando llegas de un viaje largo y con frio tienes ganas de ir directamente a tu habitación y no esperar 1 hora en el bar. La moqueta de los pasillos está sucia y desprende un olor desagradable. La habitación tenía un pequeño balcon ( se agradece en Londres), el problema es que las vistas eran a unas obras , las cuales empiezan a las 8 de la mañana y acaban a las 18h. Esto no nos lo indicaron en ningún momento, así dormir más allá de las 8 era imposible. A nuestra llegada nos dieron dos vouchers para el bar , en el que te miran casi con desprecio caundo se dan cuenta que solo consumirás eso.

πολύ καλό πρωινό εξαιρετικό προσωπικό απίθανη τοποθεσία όμορφο λόμπι

το ξενοδοχείο έχει ανακαινισμένο χώρο υποδοχής αλλά τα δωμάτια ειναι ταλαιπωρημένα… το στρώμα δεν ήταν άνετο για εμάς σχετικά μικρό κρεβάτι..δεν ήταν 180-200 ήταν κάτω από 160

Staff were very courteous Room was an improvement on the last time that we stayed Breakfast really good and set you up for the day

Some of the waiting staff holding glasses by the rim of the glass and not the stem or the bottom of the glass, especially at breakfast, I did point this out and insisted on a fresh glass, much to the bewilderment of the staff person The hotel would benefit in a quieter bar area, not every person wants to shout at the person they are with to have a conversation, when the music is being played so loud The shower drain appeared to be partially blocked, this was reported, staff member did not appear to be too interested

A perfect weekend with the help of The May Fair

Location was perfect, the staff was helpful and jumped to help before we asked. The room was spacious and the bathroom was great too. I loved the breakfast, it was a generous amount.

The only downside is the bathroom towels were not changed. We noticed the make-up stains on them, but it seems the cleaners just placed the used towels back on the towel rack. That was disappointing for a five star hotel, but it was the only downside.

The room spoiled the stay. Reception did not check is in properly so we’re unaware of breakfast times and check out time

The main hotel is in a great location. Nice feel to the hotel itself.

The room was freezing. No hot water other guests complaining and staff laughing it off. Broken window. very drafts. very basic room and toiletries just topped up.

Then only one card for the room IT issues and I had to at 9 pm at night go down and pay for my Laundry before they would release it normally charged to your room IT issues, has the Management changed?? I will not be back ever!

Lage top - Lautstärke Flop

Die Lage ist mitten in Mayfair gut, alles drumherum bequem zu Fuss zu erreichen. Frühstück ist reichhaltig (etwas frisches wie Tomaten, Gurken fehlt aber). Der Service war freundlich. Auch an der Rezeption hat man sich große Mühe gegeben.

Zuerst war unser Zimmer nicht fertig, man versprach uns ein Upgrade auf ein Studio. Weder das gebuchte noch das Studio stand dann zur Verfügung als wir am späten Nachmittag wieder kamen. Wir wurden downgegraded, haben dafür aber 150 BP pro Nacht als Gutschrift erhalten. Leider fahren teilweise bis spät in die Nacht die Autoliebhaber mit ihren Ferrari, Maserati, Lamborghini und was es sonst noch an teurer Autos ohne Schalldämpfer gibt durch die Strassen, was dazu beigetragen hat, dass mit Schlafen wenig ar.

امل من الفندق إرجاع الوديعة 500 باوند

مكان رائع

الاسف تم اخذ 200 باوند وديعه . ولم يتم ارجاعها الان صار لي 3 اشهر والفندق لم يسترجعها الفندق ياخذ الوديعه من العميل بحجة يتم ارجاعها بعد المغاده ويتم اخذها بطريقه سيئة 😒

Una gran decepcion. Nunca mas. Venden una habitacion que no se asemeja en nada con la realidad.

Este Hotel es un fraude. Te vende en su pagina habitaciones maravillosamente fantasticas que luego no cumplen. Dos habitaciones top a razon de 630 libras por noches. Me dieron habitaciones de mucho menor categoria, feas, viejas, insulsas, con un balcon infimo, vista pobrisima. Ademas, no avisaron que hay construccion a tan solo 40 metros del balcon... Y para peor, el encargado, se solidarizo ofreciendo una devolucion... de tan solo 250 libras y para tener como credito a una proxima visita... Un bochorno.

Que no mientan. Que se hagan cargo de sus errores. Que me quieran compensar con migajas.

Excellent location and service

Brilliant location, the room had everything needed and breakfast was excellent. Staff were very helpful and organised a change of room very quickly when we realised we weren’t in the type of room we had booked. 12pm checkout was also very helpful.

Corridors on the floors where the rooms were situated looked a little tired, especially the carpets - need updating

my experience

The location was fine, and the air-condition was perfect, and the room was clean.

The welcoming was very unprofessional, and we requested 2 single beds, and what was given to us was a queen bed, and i informed them that it is not possible for us and we wanted as what we requested but it was not available and the property required us to pay additional payment! so we refused and accepted the room as it is, and we had an extra bed, but it was the worst ever bed and experience.. for check out the resptionest asked us to pay for an additional payment for no reason. overall, our stay in this hotel was awful, and i don't recommend people going their expected if they changed how the treat gust.

The first room they showed me was totally unacceptable. It had a Queen bed and a sofa bed although I had booked a room with 2 double beds. The view was to the aircon units fo the building in a dark alley. The hotel ceiling is extremely low maybe 2.35 cm. I mean it does not look like an old 5-star hotel. The breakfast was disappointing. The coffee served was from an automatic machine. I ordered a flat white which was bad and then a cappuccino.... same result. I ended up buying my coffee from Guillam Coffee House around the corner. The eggs benedict were off.
