Friendly staff, nice environment and convenient parking. Noodle cooking gentleman, whom also bake bread, took pride in us work.

Breakfast, Japanese food out, nasi lemak and sambal chilli out, porridge cold..... The path from shopping mall to hotel is dangerous. Good to have 2 x Queen bed or at least 2 x super single bed.

Good location. Great room amenities.

The staff were very polite and friendly. We had a park for our rental car. We had laundry done very quickly. We enjoyed using the pool.

We had a sea-facing room and could hear the music thumping away all night from the disco next door on the next property.

The room has an awful smell bcoz of the carpet. In the beginning we already smelled it but since we don’t stay in the room during day time we assumed that the smell will be gone. When I’m about to sleep it feels very uncomfortable and feeling moist inside the room . My rhinitis starts and my headache . So I called the operator and he suggest me he can move us to different room. At first i didn’t accept the offer bcoz it was very troublesome to move our things and my son is already sleeping. Until I can’t really stand the smell and the feeling of the moist inside the room , it feels very dirty the place at that time. So I decided to accept the offer. It was more better than the first one but honestly Holiday Inn is the only hotel I stay carpets are not , should I say we’ll maintained . Should have not a hint of smell. I usually booking 5 star hotel when ever I go for leisure simply bcoz I wanted to treat myself with a good ambience and nice room fragrance. And one thing the bathtub water when I turn on the water come out dark Brown and yellowish. We didn’t complain anymore.
