The room was beautiful and clean, very comfy beds and nice size tv!! Buffet breakfast was an added bonus to our stay!

Would have been a 10/10 if the hot tub was available. Will make sure to bring cookware with me next time! Water coolers were left empty for the duration of our stay.

what the HECK is up with the frosted glass wall that separates the room from the bathroom !!!!!! I didn’t enjoy watching the silhouette of my husband using the toilet very enjoyable. Seriously?? the most insane thing I’ve experienced in a hotel that cost over $400 for the night. also we ordered 4 bottles of water, took two reminder phone calls and when the room server showed up, she only had 1 bottle and told us the hotel had run out of water…what the ?!?!? No parking when you check in, had to drive around the block multiple times until the bizarre loading bay was free on the road side. Won’t be rebooking here.

The staff were very helpful, especially when the chrome casting was not working on the TV. Liked the distillery products in the shower. Room was comfy. Enjoyed the pool and the sauna

Wondered when they will reinstate the spa pool? Breakfast buffet was a bit average. Not much fresh fruit and the baked beans were a bit weird tasting. Like they had made their own or something.

Breakfast Sunday morning was a shocker, coffee machines out of order, staff wanted to charge me $5 for one from another machine. No tables. Bath had chips in it, room was meant to be a superior definitely wasn't.

Hotel was fantastic. Nz not so much. Very dangerous, lots of people abusing others, lots of violence seen and street fighting. Lots of abuse towards people at any time of day.

Spa pool was out of order, no car parks, aircon didn’t work, “city view” wasn’t the greatest, buffet breakfast wasn’t very fresh (bacon, sausages, crepes all dry and had been sitting awhile) when we went down to eat at 7am.

I paid $560 for a night and got a tired worn out room with stained furniture. There was no mini bar, no information book to help. I might as well be staying in a $ 100 motel. I felt embarrassed for the staff and NZ.
