Liked the vibe of the place and the cabin was very warm
Get a barbecue man!! A spa pool would be cool too but not a must because you got one down the road but would be cool. And a little convenience store would be dope fr💯

Location and size of chalet
Heater snd fan in bathroom didn’t work. Only a heat pump for heating which was fine as it wasn’t particularly cold but had it snowed for im not sure the heat pump would have been enough.

It was nice that the unit had been recently refurbished. Easy parking and access. Good to have the playground so close. Great heating
The double bed was terrible I wouldn't stay again due to the bed. It felt like sleeping on cardboard with springs under it. Also the kitchen was very small hard to cook with hardly any bench space.

Such a lovely peaceful spot and cosy warm.
The sofa was pretty uncomfortable. In fact it was so hard it gave us a good laugh. We didn't mind as we were all lounging on the beds anyway.

Loved it here especially room 14. I was told 11 and 12 have amazing views.
The wifi is very weak.

Peaceful, spacious basic equipment but nothing missing. Clean tidy. Nice people, had laundry. New bathroom smart and clean.
Our unit no 1 was ok but very tired. The bed was uncomfortable but i realise they may not have funds for a refurb.

Very spacious 2 bedroom unit. Lovely surrounds and view. Short walk to the shops/centre of Hanmer Springs. Small kitchen equipped well for basic meals. Great spot for a family to stay.
The units are quite dated, but they are clean and spacious. This is reflected in the price though, with them being good value for money in Hanmer Springs.

how helpful the owners were. nothing was a problem. Thankyou. oh and it is pet friendly. that’s a bonus.
there was nothing we didn’t like. it is a little tired in places but it is clean and you can see the new owners are reviving it.

Great setting amongst the trees at the top of Hanmer, quiet and spacious, really helpful and friendly owners, dog-friendly
