Comfortable and good experience. Will come back and definitely recommend.

Location is good, walking distance to public transportation and The Promenade where to enjoy the magnificent night view of Victoria Harbour. Gym is well equipped.

Only 1 couch at the corner in the lobby.

Great hotel location and facilities

Great hotel in perfect location. Near to the main shopping areas and practically in the amazing Honk King harbour

Overall very nice hotel

The hotel staff were all very sweet and accommodating. The room had beautiful Harbour view with the best sheets and most comfortable mattress, breakfast was out of this world !!!!!Becky was amazing!!!

I would have wanted a later check out instead of 11 am as I was busy with seeing doctors and requested for 2 pm check out which they didn’t agree

Excellent stay for the money paid

The best surprise was the free upgrade that was given to a just renew it room. It was extremely comfortable and quiet. The wellness room is clean and work just great. The choice of restaurant in the hotel is excellent. they also allowed me to have breakfast 15 min. earlier than the opening time. Very appreciate it.

The price of the restaurants is a bit excessive, but it's HKG.

Great location, good service

Very good stay. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast was very good.

Good location and lovely people.

Paid for Club Access however not worth money. Bfast served too late after 8am - buffet dining at 7am also too late. Club access at times had no tea/coffee or snacks - when food available it was limited

A very clean hotel with good rooms but doesn’t offer comparable services to other hotels for business stays and lounge p

Room was clean and sound proofing was good . Bed was very comfortable

I paid for crown privileges which weren’t worth the money. Breakfast was too late for business traveller. Unable to get a coffee (or any wine) after 8.30pm in the crown lounge and Snacks through day were very very minimal.

Superb

Facilities were great, staff is super friendly, the pool is fabulous and the check in and check out was very efficient.

Overall a great stay!

Overall stay was great. The staff are friendly and the services was great. The room I stayed in are clean and the size of the room are just perfect.

The wear and tear of the room is a bit much. In another word, the room is more worn than I expected. The bedding has some red stains, it was underneath the covers and in the feet area.

Breakfast was superb and Crown Club service was excellent The afternoon teas were especially delicious and the Crown Club staff ( Manager, Teresa Kua) were all very helpful and attentive. Maurice was outstanding

Everything is perfect.The shower is very clean and the water is very heavy. The staff are very nice. The location is very good.

not acceptable

Cleaning is not acceptable in the toilet and the blockage of drainage in the w.c. was found caused us inconvenience.

cleaning in the bathroom is general not acceptable.

It's a beautiful hotel at night when all the lights are turned on. Nice view from the pool area.

The hotel is already old and needs renovation. For the value is still ok but not for long. And also the shower drain is not letting the water out fast enough and ending up with a footbath while taking a shower... The check inn was fast but.. when the staff asked for 3000HkD in deposit I've got very surprised. Since i got a message from the hotel with only a 1000HKD deposit.

Very good

Great location, walking distance to many attractions and to the MTR. Room was very clean, a good size for 2 adults and 1 child. Staff was polite and responsive.

Limited and repetitive dishes at the breakfast buffet.

Location location location ! Staff are very helpful. Food in every restaurants are super good, especially the Vietnamese restaurant 😋

Room decor is very dated & tired, but the room rate balanced it. Would still like to stay here next time.
