Perfectly located - easy 2 minute walk from the train station. Bathroom is a little dated but spotlessly clean, which we appreciated. Loved and used the guest laundry. Loved the balcony. Breakfast was good and complimentary afternoon tea was a lovely touch!
Shower over bath with shower curtain. Bath is too deep and is difficult to safely get in and out of. Shower curtain sticks to your skin during showering - uncomfortable and unhygienic

Room was very decent size and had a balcony where we could have tea while looking at the mountains. Rooms have standard european outlets in addition to the swiss outlets, which means no adapters are necessary! Breakfast was small but very good, just right to get you running in the morning.

Its a small but comfortable hotel close to the train station and the main street. Their breakfast and tea was very nice. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable - even the sofa bed.
All of the other hotels we stayed at in Switzerland had very friendly and helpful reception desks. But the evening receptionist here was distinctly unfriendly and unhelpful. The rest of the staff was very pleasant though so it didn't affect our stay.
