Good value for money.

The hotel is fine, nothing fancy but room was nice and the location is good. The pool is not that big, but it’s fine for an afternoon swim. Staff was helpful but perhaps not the most knowledgable about the island. The hotel is only a short work from busy Fira center, about 15min walk to bus station. Very good affordable option in Fira.

Super host

Very good location, so close to Fira town centre. Nice host who is giving clear instruction about everything and I need to highlight the most important thing for me, whenever I stay in a hotel- the clean room. Everything was super clean and shiny, we were getting room service every day. Hotel had the car rental as well, we rented the car which was super comfy for our trip and during the stay we had all the information regarding driving rules as well. If I will return to Santorini, I will definitely choose it again, because clean room is super important for me

Fabulous few days at this lovely clean traditional small hotel

It was so close to the town centre and buses, staff were so friendly our room was very comfortable and very clean . The girl in the reception who checked us in was very helpful giving us information about the area . We really enjoyed our stay . Hight recommended.

Best place to stay in Fira (trust me!)

So, let's start with the staff and people managing this place as this made our stay above exceptional to unreal. This is one best place that I've stayd (and it's not a 5 star resort or hotel) where everything in any aspect exceed my expectations. The cleanliness was absolute stunning (every day they change sheets and towels and do a perfect cleaning and proper order of the room). Then the reception lady Hellena was so nice and warm, providing us with everything we needed. Joy in the kitchen helped us with everything during the breakfast and she is such a nice lady. Last but not least, the owner Antonio is someone who know how to treat his customers, who you rarelly met. As we arrived early in the morning, proviced us a place to make a shower and to change in proper clothes, then he helped us with settled down a bit, give us information about the place and the island + excursions and basically everything. He also send us in advance usefull information about our visit and arrival, also he can provide transfer from the airport for you. Everything that we have requested him, he found a solution for us. Even a scale at the end of our trip so we can weight out baggages. Even some sweets as a gift from him when we left. The last thing that blew us was that he offered to drive us to the bus station for the Airport connection as we didn't requested it, and when we arrived there, there was so crowded that he drove us streight to the airport for no charge. This is what I call an exceptional customer service. We came for a wedding in Santorini, and our family had rooms in 5-6 different hotels near Fira and arround. I can say ours was the best in terms of location (very quiet and close to Fira centre), staff, rooms, services, facilites and value for money. We felt here so well treated and so good, that I would highly recommend this place for everyone visiting Santorini. Great value for money aswell.

Amazing and unforgettable

My husband and I together with 6 other friends spent amazing 2 nights in Hotel Thira in mid of October 2022. The hotel is very nice comfortable convenient location, just 10 min. walking distance from Airport bus station, within 10 min walking distance to amazing Fira main square, amazing sightseeing and shopping area. Excellent breakfast is served in a very cozy dining room only for 8.5 EUR per person. Hotel staff is extremely friendly and cheerful. I would definitely recommend this hotel for vacation stay and will be coming back with great pleasure.

Very enjoyable.

Everything was more than expected , especially since we booked at short notice. The hotel location , the staff and owners of the hotel were very hospitable and accommodating .

Only suggestion would be to perhaps provide non dairy milk and cheeses as a choice for people with restricted diets at breakfast .

Amazing location - just 7mins walk to the city of Fira where everything and bus terminal is there! Christina was also a lovely host and provided many great recommendations on what to do in Santorini.

Superb

Our room was beautiful, looking out at the Aegan Sea. The cleaning staff did a great job keeping the room tidy and clean, changing the sheets every night. Christina at the front desk was very informative and gave us lots of recommendations, always with a beautiful smile! The breakfast was all homemade and plentiful, but it was not included in the room fee.

We were disappointed with the pool because there was a limited number of lounge chairs that were mostly always taken. The space around the pool was narrow and people were smoking nearby. The pool looked nice but the deck around it needed a good scrubbing.

It was a small family run hotel. All areas were spotlessly clean, and the staff were all beautiful people. Very helpful and approachable, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was good value, simple but nice. I would definitely stay there again.

Nothing at all. It was out of the main part of town, bit an easy walk in and out.

A beautiful hotel with super friendly staff and the perfect location!

It was a beautiful room in a perfect location! We had booked a sailing trip, and were picked up right outside our door. It was an easy walk into town, away from the crowds. I would definitely stay there again.

Good stay at hotel Thira for the price

Nice pool. Few steps to walking path that leads to Oia and shops. Location was very good

Bathroom shower was kind of weird it was shallow indentation with a curtain around it so you couldn't help but get the floor wet . Also the drain was clogged which made it even worse. Pillows were extremely fluffy which hurt my neck. Near a busy road on the front side so lots of traffic noise when sitting by the pool. I would not recommend buying the breakfast there but instead going down the street into the center. Staff extremely nice

The room was very beautiful and the bathroom clean. The breakfast was yummy and Joy was very kind and helped with the breakfast. Totally recommend it!

Spotless clean and great location.. Christina and the man that works with her were fantastic and very helpful 😍

We didn't have balcony or anywere too hang out towels etc too dry ..my sister's room was bigger and had balcony and was the same price ..I think our room should have been cheaper ...spotless though and cleaned every day

Perfect I highly recommend this lovely hotel,the cost compared to the caldera side was good value.

The breakfast was good value for money Joy the breakfast lady was so lovely,there was tea/coffee/scrambled eggs,omelette,cereal,toast,home made rice pudding which was lovely,Greek yogurt,fruit,ham,cheese,cake,no bacon or sausage but it was a good start to the day. The location is on the border up a hill from Thira with the cobbled alleys so inbetween Thira and firostephani,just down the hill up some cobbled streets which were beautiful and you reach the caldera views,staying in Thira was great we travelled to other locations like Oia,Perrisa (which had the best beach) kamari beach was horrible big rocks and not easy to get into the sea I didn’t like it at all, The hotel is spotless I have never been to a hotel so clean,the rooms are lovely,only a small hanging area for clothes and no draws,there was a small tv and we took our fire stick so got lots of channels, Christina on reception was lovely. There was a free safe and the air con was free too and really good,the shower/bathroom was lovely the tiles on the floor was gold so nice,we had room 105 with sea view and a small terrace and a arch looking over the sea,there was a fridge a kettle and two mugs in the bedroom,there’s a supermarket on a slight incline to get supplies or one down the hill both really near along with Restuarants in abundance. There is a shower and toilet for use for later flights to use. The pool is beautiful,7 lovely padded sun beds. I had a look at other bedrooms and they all looked great,apparently the junior suites are beautiful. Wear comfy shoes as there is lots of walking in santorini up and down hills and steps,not for people with mobility issues. You can spend as much or as little as you want on food like takeaway gyros for two people €9.90 Or a Restuarant for a meal from €13.00 The santorini red wine was lovely I didn’t try the white. I highly recommend this hotel it was just perfect.

No bacon,sausage mushrooms for breakfast but no problem the rest was ample.

I loved the everything. The location was perfect. Lot of shops are in a few mins walk, restaurants are open till midnight, view is nice from the hotel room, people are nice, special thanks to Christina for all the help she offered during our stay. I would highly recommend.

Relaxing stay with short walking distance to Fira

The receptionist was very nice and accommodating. We loved talking with her. The property is in a good location and walking distance to Fira. We loved our short stay here. Our room was spacious and clean.
