Amazing stay, great staff, perfect location!

The location was convenient and central to many things. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean.

While conveniently located, the street attracted overzealous party goers in the middle of the night that were very loud and disturbed our sleep. I had to call the front desk to ask them to go outside and request the people quiet down. This should have been done automatically by the hotel staff rather than waiting for a guest to complain. Furthermore, the temperature in the room was unbearably warm at night despite turning off the heat. There was no option to cool down the room except by opening the windows which wasn’t an option overnight due to the loud noise of the hooligans on the street.

communication is poor. I received delivery but the staff didn’t inform me of it, if they couldn’t reach me by phone, they could’ve left a note under the door to inform me but didn’t. I had to contact the shop to enquire about my goods just to find out that it was delivered the night before.

Everything was excellent, staff very friendly, perfect location and gorgeous room

-Walking distance to Opera, Louvre, other attractions on that side of the city -Kitchenette with washer/dryer machine was convenient -Secure hotel, card key access and 24-hr staffed lobby -Clean, comfortable hotel room

-Small Junior suite, but that’s typical for downtown Paris! -Staff friendly and helpful, but not service wasn’t outstanding -Booked later, so value for money was not great.
