El hotel esta súper bien ubicado, cerca de supermercados, cafeterías y medios de transporte. Puedes ir a muchas atracciones solo caminando. El personal nos atendió espectacularmente y estuvo atento a nuestros pedidos. Uno de los días tuvimos un inconveniente con el inodoro y nos asistieron de inmediato y lo solucionaron a la brevedad. Confort increíble y todo impecable!
Lo único que me hace no poner un 10 es que se escuchaban bastante los ruidos de las habitaciones contiguas y, justo durante nuestra estadía, parece que estaban haciendo reparaciones arriba de nosotros y se escuchaban martillazos, golpes y taladros durante el día. Honestamente, no fue grave dado que estábamos bastante fuera, pero volver para descansar y escuchar ruidos por doquier no fue muy agradable. El resto excelente!

Location excellent .very near the Main Street . the transport available if you wished to sightsee was excellent. Could not fault any staff , cleaners, bar staff and 5 stars for reception staff who were very helpful especially the young blonde girl ( wish I got ) her name. Very impressed with the security for the hotel. ( cards needed for elevators and other areas) .
Unfortunately the room we had been allocated had an adjoining door to next room and the occupants were very noisy. I think that if there had not been the door between it would have helped with the noise.

Ideal location. Room could do with a bit of updating but really appreciated the lower bathtub than the norm which I believe is extremely helpful for elderly guests as it’s less of a safety hazard. Bed was extremely comfortable.
A call out to Antonio Chavez who also assisted in having a lost item returned to me - Antonio made the process extremely easy and made sure I had everything I needed to arrange and kept me updated throughout. I really really appreciate his help! 10/10
Cleaning staff were lovely and very friendly however did attempt to come in to clean the room before check out while I was about to change (partly my fault as I didn’t hear them knock at first) - maybe just a bit more care in this area.

The location was great, the staff were lovely and let us check in early. The security of the hotel was very good.
The rain shower looked great but it was disappointing as the water pressure was very low.

Sa position, proche du centre ville et le petit déjeuner était très bon
La propreté a faire EXTREMENT attention. Notre chambre n’a pas était faite. Ils y avaient des bouteilles de bière dans la chambre, la poubelle était pleine et le lit n’était pas fait.Mais aussi la carte, impossible de prendre l’ascenseur et devoir systématiquement demander à quelqu’un de nous aider. C’est usant à force et surtout aux prix de la réservation.

The location is fantastic. The bed was comfortable and the executive room is very spacious.
Several problems: Upon check-in I needed to return downstairs to reception 3x because the keys they programmed didn’t work. My phone in my room didn’t work well and I asked for it it be repaired but there was no follow-up. My safe also didn’t work and the repairman didn’t fix it properly so again he needed to come. There were several moths in the room throughout the stay, the housekeeping never cleaned the crumbs on my desk. And the biggesr issue of all: the reception missed my wake-up call. I usee to work in a hotel and do hotel secret shopping and missing a guest’s wake-up call is one of the biggest mistakes a hotel can do. That unfortnately I have to report as a major mistake. I asked for a follow-up from the manager about that and no follow-up happened.

Everything was amazing. Specially the reception staff (Ricardo, Antonio, Mateo and Sol). They are such amazing and kind people. Just for them, the experience worth it.
Also the room was big enough and very cleaned.
The lift have some problems reading the room key, but they were fixing it.

Hotellet ligger i gåafstand til de store seværdigheder og tæt på shopping. Værelserne var i god stand og har en god størrelse. Hotellets morgenmad var rigtig god og masser af forskelligt udvalg.
Alt i alt en fantastisk oplevelse! Her vil vi gerne bo en anden gang

Kein veganes Frühstück. Die Lage des Hotels. Abends vor die Tür gehen war nicht so toll. Sehr viele Bettler und alkoholisierte und drogenberauschte Menschen. Kann aber natürlich das Hotel nichts für.

central location. great facilities where there were vending machines, breakfast was to die for. Plenty to eat. there was a menu in the bar and restaurant. bar was open until 1.30am for residents.
the windows were emitting a lot of cold air through and it was quite noisy on the rooms facing the busy road as you can hear the trams. there was no background music in the bar area.

Lage und Frühstück waren gut! Das Personal war zumeist freundlich und hat immer versucht alles zu klären.
Check in war 15 Uhr noch nicht möglich. Ausserdem ist das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen und scheint nach der Übernahme durch Leonardo renoviert zu werden. Baustellengeräusche und Handwerker zeugen davon.

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly. The evening menu is very poor and expensive, eg. a hot dog was 15 EUR...
As much as the hotel is in the City Center, somebody should've mentioned how rough it could be all day long... Well, Dublin has loads of great places to visit, but sometimes it could be spoiled by the "rough elements" in the streets, which spoil your stay. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my time in Dublin disregarding the expensive drinks and sometimes rude servers/bar staff, who clearly shouldn't work in the hospitality sector. I had an impression that all bars and restaurants offer the same menu, so finding sth different than stew and fish and chips was challenging.

The room was very spacious. It had a double and single but there was extra space with an arm Chair which made it feel not so squishy like some hotel rooms
The location was great for accessing shops and a cinema.
The staff were very very nice… I really appreciate friendly front desk staff upon arrival and these guys were fantastic
I didn’t buy Brekky with my accommodation but I was given a brekky voucher for the full buffet Brekky. They put on a great spread!
There was a LOT of city noise through the night. I have to have fresh air so I sacrifice to keep the window open a little.
There was no drive in drop off zone and it situated in an awkward spot if you’re in a car which we were initially. I did find a side street alley to park and walk our luggage just 5 minutes… that was ok in the end but definitely a bit stressful at first

Es un hotel cercano al centro, tiene supermercados cerca. La habitación está bien insonorizada y distribuida, y el baño es muy adecuado. El desayuno está bien organizado, con buen horario y variedad.
La wifi es lenta. En la noche, el personal te pide que te identifiques constantemente, y eso que el hotel tiene tarjeta para acceder al ascensor. Tuvimos un problema con la reserva a través de Booking. Se reservó dos habitaciones para tres adultos (que además tenían el mismo precio) y a nuestra llegada el hotel insistía en que eran dos habitaciones apra 2 y una persona, respectivamente. Pese a que en booking se reflejaba que era para 6 personas. Fue bastante desagradable.
