Amazing stay, would love to return!

We loved everything about our stay here. The room was beautiful and very clean - it smelt amazing! We loved being able to use the pool each day and had the option of the gym if we wished. The lady on reception was so friendly when she checked us in. We were even treated to a gift as it was our anniversary!

Merveilleux séjour

Tout était très bien : Le personnel, le calme, les piscines, l'appartement et équipements. Appartement très charmant au 5 ème étage, , litterie confortable. Grande Terrasse On a vraiment adoré et on espère revenir.

Convenience of Location and beautiful views

Very ran down, outdated, stain on curtain. Could definitely do with numerous upgrades for price paid.

Aside from the cleanliness; the location was excellent and the staff were lovely.

The secure parking was excellent. The apartment had all the essentials for our 10 day stay.

The apartment needed a good deep clean. There was thick layers of dust on everything, the floors were dirty. The washing machine and laundry basket, had black gunk I needed to clean before using. The single beds rolled around when you turn during the night.

An older gem but relaxing for anyone wanting to be a little out of the hustle

Quiet - no rowdy neighbours Cosy Easy and available parking in the basement Clean, considering its age. Money has been spent on the property. Roomy

You do need to arrive early in the day for reception.

Very expensive for the condition of this property

Good views from back balcony. Additional balcony in the front a bonus. Room reasonably quiet and outdoor facilities very good.

The hotel room was very tired and needed a total refurbishment. It was not a 4 star property as listed it was a three star at the most. Also it was overpriced in comparison to other properties in the neighbourhood

Underwhelming

Alot of the services such as the games room was out of service, the hot tub and gym equipment were out of service for a few days aswell

Superb

We loved the location. The staff were exceptional as the first morning the electrical hot plate short circuited and needed to be replaced. The staff had it replaced the very next day which was great service considering it had to be ordered. The pool and facilities were great, an ideal place for a family stay

Had a great time!

There was no breakfast provided. The location was excellent actually 5 mins from Surfers Paradise. We enjoyed the peace and calm. Everything was very good.

the shower head in the bathroom was leaky with jet spray going all over the place.

we ended up checking out 1 day early than our booking.

Good location, 1 block away from beach. We can see a bit of ocean and beach from the unit. Free parking which is very handy if you have a car with you in your trip. Free WIFI and Netflix really helped us to keep kids busy while weather was not good.

it is NOT a 4 stars, probably just a 2-2.5 star with private bathroom and washing machine. everything was quite dirty. For example, the mattress in main bedroom was very dirty and with something like very old blood stain in it. Both exhausting fans in bathroom and laundry are almost stopped working due to very heavy dust, which resulted in odour in both rooms. Air conditioning is very mouldy and something string growing from it. we didn't dear to turn it on.

It was in walking distance to everything room was nice pool spa good

The room was a bit dirty alot of dust on the bed heads and air con vents out door furniture on the balcony was really dirty wouldn't even sit on the seats

Overall , we had a great experience staying there . And would stay there again .

The location was very good , close to Surfers Central but with quick access South to Pacific Fair etc . Mono rail ran past the apartment . Lounge seating very comfortable . Huge TV . Beds were comfortable . Small balcony facing seaward , was nice . Facilities were excellent and in very good condition : pool , hot tub , gym , sauna and a games room .

Was a bit noisy , you could hear the mono rail but it did not bug us . But there was quite a bit of yelling in the middle of the night .

Very well located on the Gold Coast tourist strip.

Easy to find. Clean and functional. Right across from.the G:link tram stop (Northcliffe). Pacific Fair only a few stops a way by tram. Direct to SeaWorld by bus as bus stop just a few minutes walk away. Very helpful and friendly staff, requested and was allowed parking in visitor's carpark as unable to get under the underground parking (clearance 2.1m but required 2.2m for lifted 4WD.

Is a little tired so a little refurb would be good. The downside to having tram station right across the road is the constant tram noise till late into the night.

Pool and spa

No block out curtains and the sun came through at 5am. Dirty blanket, hair ok the pillows, bathroom fan did not work, next door guest woke us up at 4.30 each morning as their child was screaming and other guests were having a party for 3 nights. Washing machine leaked water into the kitchen. Clock also didn't work. Never had to pay for extra towels or amenities that I was charged by you either

The Private apartment was really lovely, and had all the kitchen utensils needed for a short stay. We also got a room with an ocean view which was so great for a little getaway. The staff are lovely and were super accommodating
