Good Location and comfortable

It was close to the train station, just a few minutes walk. The room thought small was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The natural hot spring was good.

Go to the other Dormy inns nearby.

The night staff was very rude when we checked into the hotel. The room was falling apart. Ripped wallpaper, hole in the outer wall with some sort of fuzzy cotton candy-like insulation that looked like a quick patch to close the hole. The floors were sticky. Breakfast was not included. The spa had mold around onsen and smelled terrible. This is the first time I didn't want to stay in the spa.

Good value for money for a relaxing stay

Good breakfast with a Today's special. Open bath on the rooftop. Good aeration in public space to combat COVID. Pleasant and friendly staff.

The whole facility is a bit ageing, especially in the Men's bath. Renovation was ongoing for the outside at the time of the visit.

Marvellous OPEN-AIR ROOFTOP BATH. Comfy beds and pillows. Why are so many reviewers complaining about the bedding? Large room. Some of you people want LARGE ROOMS - PAY MORE! I will stay here again.

Lovely hot spring hotel close to the city centre.

All the staff were very friendly and check-in and check-out were very quick. The hot springs were incredible for relaxing and I enjoyed the ice poles afterwards. The welcome coffee and late night soba noodles were a great addition too. The hotel was very conveniently located for amenities, train and subway lines.

While the bed was comfortable it was a little small. As I was traveling on my own it wasn't an issue but if two people had to sleep together it would have been a tight fit.

Nothing really to note. Have stayed at dormy inn before and it’s a standard budget hotel chain in Japan. Good location about 5-10 min walk from station.

Nothing especially bad. Room decor isn’t much to get you excited by.
