Excellent location Good price and Great manager!

We rented the 3bdrm apartment, which is a studio with queen bed, with a door connected to a 1bdrm (two twin beds) and a large living area with a king bed plus dining plus the kitchen. Kitchen is very well equipped, in fact with most items sparkling clean like brand new! There is no stove, but there is a electric cooker/pan that can be used for stir fry or any use. There is even a rice cooker. The property manager is excellent, contacted us and remind us clearly how to check in as we arrived late night. The location is superb! Gondola/Luge/Paragliding/iFly activities are just few blocks walking. Also short walk to a part of the downtown where you find shops and others... In fact, the paragliding lands right on the patch of lawn, in front of the apartment. (Btw we tried the tandem gliding. We are not the adventurous type. Though this tandem gliding is scary to imagine, it is actually pretty doable. You walked a few steps and it takes off at 30+km/hr, then just swerve in the air within seconds. At most speed, if the pilot swerve left/right, speed might increase to at most 60+km/hr but majority of the time it sails smoothly. In no time, like 10-12 minutes, you will land on the field. Basically you just land and stand without even walking. Thanks to Bella Vista manager encouraging us to just park the car after check out, and go try it :) Btw the guidebook about Queenstown, available in the room is very resourceful and most complete of all tourist info about Queenstown. I would recommend you read that Guidebook in the Bella Vista apartment room if you are first timer to the area like us. You will get a good overview to plan out your activities and stay in Queenstown.

Will be more sensible if the king bed is inside the bedroom while the kids twin bed is outside at the living room. But no issue with this. Nothing much to dislike about.

Super Comfortable stay

Super Comfortable . We checked in late around 7 pm, checkin was so easy with easy and simple instructions. Highlight is that the room was warmed up already so that we didn’t need to turn on the heater and wait to get the room warm.

Awesome stay

We rented a personal locator beacon (which was a safety device for our trek in Routeburn - our purpose for visiting Queentown). When we completed the trek and returned to Queenstown, the shop which we rented the beacon from has closed for the day. As we were leaving the next day, the staff in the motel offered to return the beacon on our behalf and they managed to do so without any complain. Kudos to the team

Our room on the ground floor was near the carpark, would have preferred more privacy.

Good quality comfortable accommodation in an excellent location in Queenstown.

Great location and comfortable room with kitchen area. Within walking distance of the attractions in Queenstown especially close to the Gondola Ride. The reception staff were very friendly we would recommend.

Nice stay

Pleasant room with a nice view. Perfect just for a few nights or more. Had washing facilities which were clean.

We would stay there again for the location to city centre, as could walk everywhere we wanted to go.

All good - except the steep hills.

Bella Vista very good. Situated outside of the busy town in a quiet area but....as an older person I found the hills approaching property rather challenging.

Queenstown is very hilly anyway but I would have preferred a "flatter" approach. Hotel is on the "flat" but the roads approaching it "steep".

Needed somewhere to stay after cancelled flight and Bella Vista was perfect!

The room was clean, tidy, a great location and plenty of space. We needed to wash our clothes and could do so very easily in the laundry. Easy check in/out.
