Best place to live near freedome square, best value of money

I stayed there more than four times, since last 8 years they improved a lot. Mr. Kakh the manager is such a nice & helpful person. What I like about this person that he talks to customers and their drivers in equal respect. The rooms are so specious and clean.

You cannot have nice view from your room unless you are on 5th floor, which is ok, something they cannot change

I wanted stay 5 nights, but after one night I wanted left

It was pretty clean, freedom square is near that’s good, but hotel behind buildings and you can’t see anything though window (

Window view - you don’t see anything . Also personal think that you suspicious person , that give you not good feeling

Me and my family had a wonderful stay at the hotel.

Location is at the center of tbilisi. I was able to book at the same day with few hours before we arrive at the hotel.

Staff are great and location was good.

Location was good, it is 100 meters away from freedom square, restaurants and mall is close by. Staff are accomodating and friendly.

The hallway have a distinct smell which we don’t like. Wi-fi connection is very poor.

Location very good but very difficult to get in while you use own vehicle.Breakfast was nice.

Ridiculous customer service. Table tennis court sizes bed room. Foul smell from bathroom. Kettle was not working when complaint replaced with switch broken kettle. Heater is just above your bed & will feel like barbecue bed. Drinking water bottle not provided & when requested they inform their policy is like that and suggested to use tap water. No bell boy to take luggage , this is also their specialty.

Amazing

An excellent hotel for families. The people at the reception were so welcoming and helpful. Best location, everything is a few steps away. The exterior and interior of the hotel are amazing. Rooms are clean and equipped. Will definitely choose citadine for my next stay.

Great location, supermart and restaurants nearby

Good location. Quiet for its located behind the marriot & galleria mall row away from busy street. Room views are limited. Pedestrian underground walk way to freedom square is just outside the Archway (picture enclosed). Archway is just between Marriot and Badagoni restaurant which is same row with Galleria mall and metro station. Metro and buses are all within 3 min walk. Airport bus from airport stops at freedom square and you can also take the airport bus right infront of Liberty square metro station stop to head back to airport. Ride takes 35 mins on non peak hours. Kitchenette is good and equipped enough with microwave pots and pan. You can get food from supermart at Galleria and make your own meal if you are tired of dumplings ;)

Bed were too soft for me. Aircon may not be serviced cos it blows out dust particles when switch to level 2 and above. City views are limited to upper floor only.

I have only one issue with that hotel realetad to its entrance gate that is dark and smelly ... And not so easy to find without asking the locals.

it was good but little unsafe and tiny room size

small roompoor communication , they do not provide water and have to be purchased seperate , have laundry room but very big que , and outside the hotel there are robbers who pounce on u to steal ur wallet and belongings

Great location and grear staff

The location of the hotel is near to everything. Its near to the mall and metro which is very nice. The room is good and complete with all facilities The staff are nice specially Kathia. She's very accommodating and helpful. Would like to thank also the whole citadines staff for giving us a little suprise. Me and my husband was celebrating our 1st wedding anniv during our stay.

everything was amazing and khatia in the front desk is so helpful highly recommended as its in the city then only issue we have is locating the hotel its in the middle of Marriott courtyard and the mall the signage is very small and that’s the only thing to improve everything is perfect 🤗😍

very unfriendly security, showing clear signs of readiness for physical violence when they do not like the way you park the car on the very narrow parking area. In my case it was just about the 5 minutes parking in order to pick up my parents from the hotel.

This is the economy hotel that you can find in the city center of Tbilisi.

This is the best hotel you can find in city center of Tbilisi, you can find anything and everything in walkable distance. They've car parking facility. Room is perfectly clean. When we went there for some reasons, we want to shorten our stay in tbilisi and the hotel staffs helped us out and refunded the amount for that 1 day stay.. All of the staffs are able to speak good English.
