Very good

Got a room upgrade, property was exceptionally clean,staff was very kind and helpful when we checked in person was at the reception was very kind,I am unable to recall his name.

Breakfast was very limited.

Perfectly adequate hotel with an excellent restaurant.

The Park Inn is a functional hotel in a busy local area. The rooms are a good size but lacked some of the advertised benefits e.g. bathrobe, slippers, socket child safety covers. The bar and restaurant facilities are excellent and the food options are wide and of good quality, which is essential given that the local area offers nothing for the casual diner or drinker.

This is probably not a hotel for the tourist (although many of our fellow guests were on organised tours). Although you can walk from the hotel in relative safety, there is nothing to walk to. Be prepared to rely on taxis or Ubers (far more cost effective and reliable) - although the nearest metro station is across the road.

Awesome location and very good place to stay. We came to Delhi for shipping and this place is just 5 minutes away from main market.

Fantastic start to discover Delhi

Staff (Aman, Hemanchu and others) and employees ( restaurant, cleaning) were highly service driven. Near to a metro station and opportunity to discover the city and avoid the traffic jams with the Uber The breakfast has each day a variety. Dinner is also okay.

Habitaciones muy pequeñas, ruidosas. Pedimos precio para un servicio de taxi y cuando fuimos a pagar nos dijeron que el precio no era el que habíamos pactado, que el precio era si lo pagábamos en efectivo. Increíble que un hotel 5 estrellas ofrezca a sus clientes pagar en dinero negro. Personal muy desagradable. En el desayuno tardaban mucho en hacer lo que se pide caliente.

The room was a lovely surprise. Very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was great, lots of variety and the staff helped us choose well. This was our first stop in India and we walked around the local park. Fabulous experience.

The worst Radisson Property

Staff behavior and the fact that they don't care about guests with back problems. They refused to organize a hard mattress or hard pillows.

Pleasant

The support staff (Parking guys, security guys, Housekeeping) was very good. Breakfast was average and has scope for improvement. The property was very clean and tidy.

Mr. ALI at the front desk was very rude. We had booked a stay of 5 days at the hotel and had paid a days rent in advance with the understanding that the balance amount will be cleared on checkout which is the normal practice in all chain hotels. On the First eve of the stay, Mr. Ali very rudely asked for the entire amount upfront, we informed him that we have paid a day's rent in advance and the balance we shall pay on checkout as we will be eating our meals too at the hotel, but he very rudely kept on insisting that you will have to pay the entire amount immediately or he will not let us stay at the hotel as the hotel has multiple bookings lined up who are willing to pay upfront. He was very rude and kept on making snide remarks that you have booked through Booking.com so you must pay immediately. If the hotel does not want customers to book through Booking.com then why have they listed the hotel at the website.

Comfortable and enjoyable

Ideal location, well equipped and comfortable, clean room. Plenty of choice for breakfast served by polite friendly staff. Front desk staff very helpful indeed. Excellent menu for evening meals served outdoors with good music, giant tv screen and ‘sizzling’ food.

A good location avoiding the chaos of central Delhi

The breakfast was good. Our window looked directly out onto a small car park and garden and then the Moolchand Metro station. Despite the closeness of the latter, the room was quiet and being able to catch the train into town was convenient.

The window was two panels with one smaller panel suggesting it could be opened. However, it was impossible to do that even though it wasn't completely sealed either. I thought the person who checked us in was lacking in basic hospitality training as, after he had asked for it (?) he was checking out my credit card as if he was getting ready to use it.

Could have been even worse

Compared to what we saw elsewhere in India, it was not that bad but our occidental minds are waiting for more hygiene and comfort, especially regarding the fact that it was not that cheap !!

The white towels are not white but actually gray with a lot of stains. The toilet seat was stained. The washbasin was not very clean. The shower was full of mildew and limestone. The armchairs were full of stains and dust : obviously not cleaned since the opening of the hotel, as well as the things they put on the bed for decor. The matress was so hard, and there was only one little flat pillow. For a four stars hotel I would have expected two pillows, but let's say it was a detail. What wasn't a detail at all was the way the employees talked to us. They were haughty and despising. They were also dishonnest. When we booked this hotel on booking.com, it was very clearly written "free shuttle to the airport". But when we asked for this service they wanted us to pay. We showed them that it was clearly stated it was free, they said it is not their fault. Moreover, they asked us the DOBBLE of the price we paid when we arrived. So we ordered an Uber but on the morning when it was time to take it, we discovered that they just returned the guy to his home, saying that we already left or whatever, so that we would have to take their taxi, once again for the DOBBLE price.

Good hospitality, but food and beverage need implementation

Cleane place and warm hospitality.

They charged 600 INR for a portion of khichadi for an infant, and there were no takeaway plastic cutleries available. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.

Excellent and I look forward to being able to return

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was really great - the only downside being instant coffee, the staff are lovely and the evening food was also great. I had a cold and they kept me well supplied with lemon, ginger and honey tea! We wanted to extend but unfortunately there wasn't availability, we're in a more expensive, 'fancier' place now that isn't as nice

Good value for money

This is a good 4 star hotel. It was clean and had all the amenities required. I was working while at the hotel and had no issues with the wifi. I ate the chilli paneer and it was fabulous. Staff were great. It was better than i had expected and provided more than adequate toiletries.

It is not a 5 star but a good 4 star quality. The towels could be of a better quality.
