Most of the staff was nice, even though they asked for tips (and not so subtly) for services we paid for. We booked a driver for a day, Shyam, and he was nice and accomodating.

When we got to our room it had just been “cleaned”, but my bed sheets had blood stains and yellow stains on them – they changed it when I complained, only after remarking that the room had just been cleaned. The room had a weird smell and many small cockroaches coming out of beds and walls. Rooms have no windows, or if they do they can’t be opened. On their hotel description it said they offered free airport pickup service, but we ended up having to pay for it.

Clean and well maintained property. Room was facing away from streets. So did not have any noice issue. The staff was friendly and helped with all my queries and requests.

It is situated in a bit of a doggy area. You have to take care of your valuables while walking in the streets.

What I don’t like about this property haha. When we arrived, we were excited to explore Delhi. When we got there, first of all they didn’t have the room I booked 4 months ago. They simply didn’t have any explanation. Then they moved us to one room which didn’t have any windows, bathroom stinks like hell, flasut of the sink was directly pointed out to your belly so every time you try to wash your hand, water shoots to your tummy making everything wet. I know india is a wet bathroom and I have been mentally preparing for this but I didn’t know it was slippery, I fell once😡There were bugs too. We stayed in that hell hole for 3 hr but I couldn’t take it. At the reception I asked to be moved to different room. I saw two guys standing when I was requesting this, those guys said, “ what’s the problem madam, why can’t you stay in that room it’s for four people”, I explained my frustration and when I said it’s stinky, that’s when he said nothing back. One of guy said follow me madam, came to my room and said it really stinks and said we will changed your room in few hours. Second room was much much better but no windows. We have a common vent in the bathroom with the next room. So, every time they use the bathroom it stinks up my room. Yes it’s cheep but not worth your health. From now on, I am not going to fall for ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

it was a bit run down. Not like the photos at all. Our level had smoking smell all day long, heard everything and anyone that was outside. No windows. breakfast was very average, didn’t end up eating there.

Just perfect from many aspects. they provide airport pock up srvuce also and tgey are litwrally 5 mind walk to the main traim hub. kettle coffee and tea plenty in the room. Very graceful staff. After checking out I asked the staff of thet can keep my luggage, they very pleasantly accepted ans upon pick up they offered me drinks and a chill water fill up. That extra care is priceless.

i stayed with my family for 4 nights i was alloted the same room type SUPERIOR TRIPLE ROOM which was excellent in terms of cleaniness,sound proof,hygene& off course air conditioning was superb location is good on db gupta main road staffs were very helpful,friendly especially the buffet break fast was wholesome with a wide spread of food choices which was yummy

The staff were excellent and friendly. The young gentleman on reception who responded to my queries via Booking.com / email was absolutely brilliant (sorry i didnt get his name). The breakfast options were broad and great. The room was nice and modern. The gym was usable and modern. All round a great stay in an ideal location.

Amazing personal. They even let me take a shower before flight, when I already checked out (for free). Highly recommend.
