Very enjoyable!

The restaurants, fitness center, pool were great. Staff was friendly as well.

I have not received my room deposit back yet. It has been way over 10 business days. I have had difficulty reaching someone from the hotel to talk to.

Our stay at the Hilton provided the perfect setting for our first visit to Trinidad.

For a large facility, we were made to feel welcome, from the front desk staff to the wait staff to the maintenance staff, who had to make a quick repair to an electrical outlet. The breakfast/lunch dining area was beautiful and the sunset views from the the dinner restaurants were a bonus. Arranging tours was easy as the hotel is a routine pick up spot.

its was a wonderful .

pool, cleanness, the hotel in general

the STAFF especially the rep that check us in (she) need to improve her or their social and customer service skills and (there are the ones guest will greet before the room or other thing that hotel offered recom more training also there was no coffee station in lobby , i ask for a cup of coffee, they said in an hour i did went down in an hour nothing , still waiting lol

It went reasonably well but for a fee hiccups.

The breakfast was very good, The location was good. The staff was excellent! Very polite and accommodating. The carpeting was grungy - dirty and needs to be ripped out. The commodes are too low. Very difficult to use.

I did not like the fact that the carpet was not clean and somewhat smelly. You have to do a retrofit on the commodes. They are too low.

Lovely stay post carnival!

The hotel and grounds are stately and well maintained. Everything you need is on site there- pool, bars, atm, souvenir shop, security, gym and more. The room is very comfortable and staff are attentive. The bed very comfortable and a balcony to sit out on where I could hear music from the Oval.

Location is too far to walk out to anything far from.the happening areas of POS and no pavements to walk.

3 star quality for 5 star prices. We also stayed at Hyatt which was far better value and much better quality

Disappointing stay

The best part about my stay was the pool. It caters to all ages. Both my daughters ages 1 1/2 and 9 enjoyed themselves as they are various depths in the pool. My youngest in particular enjoyed the 1 ft area where she stood comfortably.

The check-in was a hot mess. When I presented my ID, I was told that they weren't any available rooms despite my confirmed booking. After I became visibly upset, I was told that there is a room, and I was given my room key and directions to get there. The room was outdated and showed signs of a lack of maintenance. While the room had a balcony, there was a balloon of water in the ceiling which clearly pooled there from previous rainfall. Whenever we used the bathroom, water would run outside because the door is insecurely lined with silicone. As if this was not enough, the carpets were dirty and clearly needed replacement or removal. Breakfast too was a total let down. All in all, I won't be returning. Hilton would certainly benefit from a much-needed upgrade to their rooms.

The room and pool were wonderful, the hotel is clean and the staff at Cascadoo pool bar and the Activities center were pleasant and helpful.

Long waits to check in and check out. Breakfast items were cold and not fresh having been prepared before 6am for example plantains and potato wedges were dry. No gluten free options available at 8:30 am

Overall it was peaceful and well spent.. love the family environment

To me the breakfast was casual also besides the desert the only thing served that I ate was bake/bread and cheese.

Nice hotel. Value for money.

Location, facilities, most staff, swimming pool, convenient shops and ATM just outside, taxi service available anytime, very clean, breakfast, tour company stand in the lobby. Pedestrian access to Queen's Green Savanna Park available and then you can walk to local shops and food places.

I couldn't place a call to the UK even paying for it! Because apparently the number had too many digits for their telephony system... My bank card got blocked and I just needed to call my bank to unblock it. No cash on me. Imagine that. Some covid rules still standing which have been proven inefficient through a collade of peer review studies, like using sanitazier and gloves to grab breakfast with utensils, not your hands... Come on, let's get real. Your hands don't spray bacteria. You have to actually touch the food if anything. Pool times were not respected ("close" sign when it should had been open and no attendant for pool towels at all times of established opening hours).

Breakfast was decent, although offerings were inconsistent and selection of fresh fruit limited

We were out most of the day. We got back to hotel at 18h30 and room was not made. Staff were generally unhelpful and rude. Hotel needs refurbishment.

Once in a lifetime.

Expensive and Not value for money. Crowded and noisy. Long lines and hassled, tired staff.

Reduce the price to compensate for the early morning stress and standard of the meal.
