Spacious, clean

5 star property with less than average service throughout, noisy events every night, very slow service in all restaurants, poor quality, seriously over priced food - breakfast apart. Rip off taxis predating outside. If you are closing the pool, if you are hosting private events that impact all common areas such as bars, restaurants, lobby and if guests will not be able to sleep until the event is over let the, know in advance. Staff, with one or two exceptions, always defensive. Not a pleasant stay, especially since we had spent time in Leon and Granada prior to our arrival.

This is a beautiful hotel . Placed perfectly. The breakfast buffet was delicious

The rooms were not too big . We even upgraded and it still didn't seem big .

I loved the breakfast...so full of variety , including fruits , bacon, eggs, gallo pinto(you must try this Nica delight!) all kinds of bread , pastries, beverages , sausages. best breakfast I've had in any hotel and I've been to the best! the bed was comfy my kids loved the pool.

well...the shower has no doors, i have no idea why such a fancy hotel refuses to have shower doors ...yoiu end up making a wet mess on the floor making it easy to slip. this was not something I expected. rooms are not sound proof ...guy upstairs from me was a bit loud.

Everything was fine

The staff members were not friendly, they did not treated us good. The front desk always seemed annoyed when we go there asking them questions. The amendment was terrible there is nothing to do at the hotel and we paid over $2000. We also paid for breakfast and dinner, breakfast was OK but dinner at the market place getting the same thing to eat over and over was annoying. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I would not stay here again. The staff was terrible
