Excellent hotel..i will book soon again

Location was perfect. It was very close to the shopping bars and restaurants area. Also 2 metro station were very near to the hotel. The hotel was also very clean and quiet.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable.Also the staff was helpfull, the location was close to the metro station and public tfansport.

Breakfast staff

The attitude of reception staff, they have these “cheap” strategies for selling you the worst room on the floor, they are not friendly at all-11:30 pm, you arrive at the hotel entrance with a baby and a stroller (door being closed), and they just look at you while searching for your key, not bothering to open the door for you

Beds, there was no sleepers, no tooth brush, no toothpaste, there was no fridge and mini bar.

The hotel is on good position, and it is clean. Room are spacious and bright.

We didn't get right information about parking from the hotel, after our email via booking about the parking they send us generic message with no information about a parking, just conclusion that we can see everything upon arrival. They didn't gave us information about parking space and they even didn't told us that the parking is free of charge in front of the hotel on Saturday afternoon and Sunday. And that were the days when we arrived. That was completely unprofessional. When we arrived we get two single beds and we booked queen bed. On the reception they told us that they could push beds together. After my comment that connected beds are not queen beds, they said to me that in their hotel that is what it is. At the end we got new room with connected beds. There is only one tiny elevator working and we were waiting for 10 minutes to get down from 6th floor or to go up. There is second elevator but it's not working for a long time.
