Perfectly adequate if your on a budget and don’t need frills!

You get what you pay for, was all I needed, may not be to everyone’s liking but the location for the price was the beneficial factor for me. Was just a place to sleep. Supermarket was an easy 5 minute walk away and beach a few minutes. With roller door down at night the location was quiet even thou I stayed on a weekend!

The curtains were pretty shear and flimsy but the roller door provided great darkness so wasn’t a huge issue.

Fantastic!

Very good location near the city center and the beach. Quiet area. Fantastic ladies at the reception (friendly, helpful, very responsive with any questions). The whole holiday was spent in very good conditions. The rating for the hotel is of course 10+ (if I could, I would give an even higher rating).

The room had a musty smell Mould is visible in the corners and in the bathroom No shower curtain, no bathroom mat Kitchen dated The bed is very soft and uncomfortable

Great location and room facilities

Kitchenette with full size refrigerator and microwave. Comfortable good size room and lighting. Easy check-in and check-out. Quiet location. Metres to the beach and short walk to Casino supermarket. Good meal packs at nearby shop called Bikini (not a swimwear shop)

Room didn't smell fresh at first, maybe due to lack of airflow, but it helped when door was left open for a while for air to flow through. Air fresheners would be an advantage.

fantastic location but a bit noisy

the location is excellent. the bed was very comfortable. the decor was cool

it was very noisy during the night and early in the morning which made it hard to sleep. some of the noise was from ? neighbours (out of the owners control) but some was from within the building ? cleaning staff ?? the room was also short on facilities - no bath mat, no tea towel, very little crockery.

Very good value for money and ideal for a short stay

It is in a very convenient location just 2 streets from Lemon Bay and 50 metres from a bus stop. it is super clean and has good facilities. A very quite location.

The bed was too. soft for me so I slept in the middle of the double bed where it was former,

Relaxing beach holiday, friendly staff.

Short walk to swimming beach, bars and cafes (Baie des Citrons). Next to bus stop (L3 line - KUENDU BEACH / OUEN TORO). Very friendly and helpful staff. Check-in late at night was easy and seamless.

Bathroom and kitchenette areas were starting to look tired.

Excellent

We had a great studio room with large balcony. Kitchenette well equipped with kettle, 2 ring hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Any additional items such as tea towels and washing up liquid are supplied from reception. Plenty of pots and pans to cook a good meal. All the staff are terrific. Housekeeping is twice per week which suited us. If you need extra bathroom items, just ask and the ladies are eager to provide these for you. Well maintained property, the staff continually perform maintenance checks and tasks for continual improvement for guests. The location is perfect. 5 minute walk to beach. Lemon bay is beautiful. The promenade walk takes you all the way around the headland to Anse Vata beach. 7 minute walk to Port Plaisance where you will find small shopping mall with Casino Supermarket, patisserie and across the road is a pharmacy. Bus stop at the end of the road - 2 minute walk, you can catch the No.3 to the main part of town for 300xpf. Overall a fabulous place to stay and a great location. Highly recommended.

Good location -Nice and quiet area only about a minute walk down laneway to Lemon Bay -Nice beach for swimming and snorkling Close to bars and restaurants Public bus stops very close by Staff were helpful

very stylish hotel, clean and in a good position

the wifi wasn't working, and on our arrival about 13.30 the reception was closed and we were lucky to met the cleaner that help us out
