Superb

Stunning view of the sea and land, from pool, room, dining and bar areas. Staff are consistently polite and helpful. Food is of the highest quality, as is the spa experience. All in line with what you would expect from a hotel in this price bracket.

It would be helpful to have a place to buy essentials such as sunscreen, insect bite cream and favourite ice creams/lollies (not just cornet cones and ice cream by pool).

Stunning location, great staff and amazing food and drink. This place exceeded all our expectations. The views are breathtaking, the breakfast is probably the best I've ever had and the pools, bars and restaurants are excellent

Loved it and can't wait to visit again some day

Beautiful views. Friendly staff. Great location. The whole family enjoyed our stay in Port de Soller. My personal favorite was the breakfast where the staff greeted us personally every morning.

I don't have anything to complain about. Jameirah is on the pricey side but when you're there you realize that your paying for a quality hotel.

Great location and views. But you pay for it!

Facilities were great. Spa especially and pools were quiet. Service around check-in and general support very good.

Some rooms are better than others in the same class. We had to move as our first room had some rusted metal on the balcony and a pillar in front of the TV! Service on roof bar was a bit slow. Often had to remind staff that a drink l had been ordered.

Outstanding service, location and food.

Obviously the view and food in the Sunset bar were the standout highlight. However, if I were to give a one word appraisal…..it would be “service”. All of your staff are exceptional.

everything! the staff were all incredible, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble! the spa and the facilities are amazing and it was the best bed I have slept in all trip! the shuttle into the port is also a great feature!!

A magical relaxing retreat with girlfriends.

Outstanding friendly and professional service from every member of staff. Amazing views of the mountains and sea - especially the sunset views; infinity pool and spa were relaxing; breakfasts fantastic and the shuttle service to and from the town extremely useful (especially coming back up the steep hill!).

Nothing bad to say - it was all outstanding.

I loved the service, it was excellent

What I didn't like was, that it's not a place for dogs, but dogs are allowed. Dogs aren't allowed to come anywhere with the person, they can only stay in the room , there should be changed something

A memorable experience

The view was breathtaking, with the sea on one side and the mountains on the other, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and room very nice and comfortable. The bathroom overlooking the sea was an incredible experience!

I expected the food in the restaurant to be better than it was, especially for the price. Location offers amazing views, but it also means it's hard to access, especially by foot

Amazing hotel

Very kind staff, lot of facilities, amazing restaurant with fantastic chef ( Javier). Perfect location with wonderful sea view.

Unfortunately, the taxi company is awful. We had to wait a lot for the taxi. ( more than one our many times) Recommend to the hotel, to buy some car to transport their guests.
