The family really enjoyed our time away from home in WA. so happy we could still use covid credits.

Room was lovely looking out onto bushland. We didn't use the pool, however, it was used by many others at the resort. Having a shuttle bus there was great, especially for the day of the Classic Car event where parking was extremely limited.

We were very happy with everything.....no complaints! Occassionall the parking outside our room was difficult to get, but hey, you're on holidays, so walk!

great family resort with everything you need at your finger tips

The staff are the highlight of this resort. from the friendly receptionist, to the fabulous waitress and the supportive bus drivers- just a really wonderful service that creates a homely family feel. The spa facilities are exceptional with word class treatments, and the swimming pool is really fantastic. Hardest part was to decide where to sit- best spots everywhere. Our apartment was comfortable, with everything you need for a small family- including laundry facilities which is essential with kids.

The room decor felt a little dated and could use a refresher. The breakfast buffet has potential but was inconsistent- perfect one day and overcooked the next day. The location was probably the most inconvenient aspect, as it’s quite removed from the main attractions. Despite the bus service to and from the town centre, it was still a hassle with a pram. However, it might be easy enough if you can hop on and off effortlessly. The distance is walkable but it is hilly, and not great in the dark with children/a pram.

A buffet breakfast to die for, an absolute must to hang around for lunch and dinner!

The property had a really nice village feel. It is very aesthetically pleasing and having the main reception, restaurant, bar, pool as the central location was great.

While our room had access to walk straight out the back door to the pool area, we would’ve found that having the ability to lock our room from the back would be most convenient.

Would highly recommend, super comfortable, lots of amenities, excellent all round.

We stayed in 3 bedroom unit which was super spacious and great for family with children. The extra living room was perfect and the small pool out the back was brilliant. Super comfortable beds and pillows, large bathrooms, nice linen and towels. The pools were fabulous, great layout and design to fit all ages. Slides were a huge hit with little ones. Restaurant was excellent also. The free bus into the Junction and Hastings St is a great service and lovely bus drivers.

Excellent family holiday accommodation

Check in smooth, staff friendly, room large and spotlessly clean. Modern kitchen facilities, very comfortable bed and plenty cupboard storage. 2 small maintenance issues dealt with immediately. Buffet breakfast the best I have ever seen. Fresh and varied choices to suite every palate. Highly recommend for families.

For us, we found the live music in the foyer during dinner loud and intrusive. We couldn't hold a conversation.

our second trip back, stayed in same room type : 3 bedroom precinct villa with rooftop jacuzzi. we came back because of

everything, excellent customer service, accommodation, location, facilities and vibe

Great family resort

Everything was great this is our second time at this resort. We have 2 small kids and they loved the kids swimming pool. The food at the restaurant was exellent especially the seared barramundi and steak, it was like a 5 star restaurant, hats of to the chef and all the friendly staff. We liked it so much that we extended our stay for another 2 days.

Only not having a very low pillow cant sleep on high pillows.

we had a great time at the resort.

the apartments were really spacious and comfortable. the lift feature was great for elderly and moving luggage. the apartment was just in front of the reception and hence we had easy access to pools and restaurants. access to bikes and scooters was good.

the buffet breakfast can be improved . the resort is located in the main land with no views .
