Удобное расположение в Патонге - в некотором удалении от шумной улицы, но и все одновременно рядом. До пляжа минут 7 пешком. До ТЦ Централ и Джангл минут 12 пешком. Завтраки разнообразные - и азиатская кухня, и омлеты, и каши. Фрукты, выпечки - тоже всего достаточно в ассортименте

Персонал абсолютно равнодушен. При регистрации было ощущение , что менеджер хотела поскорее уже отделаться от нас.

The staff and manager is friendly and helpful ,At the centre of potong , close to all shopping and close to the beach very convenient. The swimming pool is the best n fun good for family with children.

I travelling during end of February 2024 it’s over the pick and busy season,The price is a bit expensive . I pay for about Aus $350 a room for night , the Hotel is not provided Toothbrush at all . And the puffer breakfast and dinner not much choice needs to be improvement.

The hotel is in an excellent location - a few hundred metres from the beach, restaurants, Bangla Road bars, and the Jungcelon and Central shopping malls, with a 7-eleven across the road and a currency exchange outside - we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. But the rooms are set back from the busy road, so once you are in the hotel, you forget how close the action is. Our room was really big for the price, with a large comfortable bed. We were fortunate to get a larger than usual balcony, overlooking the pool. The shower is also a really nice size, with great water temperature and pressure. All was really clean. The breakfast everyday was amazing, with a good selection of Thai, Indian and Western foods, and all the Thai and Indian dishes were delicious (we did not try any Western options other than the cereals which were also good). We stayed 13 nights and there was very little repetition of dishes. It was also one of the few hotels we have stayed at that served masala tea along with black tea and coffee - and it was a really good masala tea. We also ate at the restaurant for a couple of lunches and one dinner, again eating the Thai and Indian curries, which were of a very high quality and some of the best meals we had (which is high praise in that we enjoyed every meal we had in Patong). The staff we all so very friendly and helpful, everybody always had a smile on their face and nothing was too much. We would like to specially thank Niinew and Raya on reception, and Palm, Jik and Joseph in the restaurant. The hotel has a lovely big pool and we spent a couple of hours every afternoon there - is snakes through most of the courtyard of the property and has multiple 'areas', including a jacuzzi and a swim up bar. Overall we loved our 13 nights at the Novotel and will stay there again.

Sehr freundliches Personal, toller Service..

Das Personal beim Frühstück (Egg station) spricht kein Englisch, daher werden die Bestellungen falsch zubereitet. Jeder Gast kostet zusätzlich 1500 BAHT!!! auch wenn man nur auf dem Balkon sitzt und etwas trinkt für 20 Minuten. Man darf keine Freunde (nicht freelancers) mit aufs Zimmer nehmen ohne zu zahlen. Im Gym tummeln sich kleine Kinder und spielen auf den Geräten, an 3 Tagen in Folge war das eher störend.. Dem Personal war das egal.
